Great stay! Host gave great instructions and was responsive. Clean house in quiet neighborhood perfect for our family stay for Gymnastics Regionals.

We stayed here for my daughter and niece's cheer competition that was held at Penn State. It was only a quick 15 minute drive. Location was perfect. Monteca was a great host, she left very clear instructions on how to get into the property and he house rules were very straightforward. Monteca also had wonderful communication. While trying to figure out what we could do in the off time away from the competition, I had asked for any ideas or recommendations for kid-friendly ideas and she responded very quickly with plenty of ideas. The house was in great shape and was extremely clean and had everything we needed. We also had my parents stay with us here this weekend, this was their first AirBNB stay, and they were very impressed. I give this place 5 out of 5 for both the location and the host and would definitely stay here again if I was in the area.

The "Colorado Cabin" greatly exceeded our expectations. The only mistake we made was only booking the home for a weekend. (We've corrected that by booking a 4-day stay for the Fall!) Our hosts (Doug and Ashley) were quick to respond to our questions. The home was spotless. The place was well stocked from the bathroom (plush linens, all sorts of soaps and creams) to the kitchen (bottled water, more condiments than we could ever use, coffee). And to top it all off, a "Welcome" gift. We gave Doug and his team an unqualified "10" on a 1-5 rating scale. ---Mark

A very nice place for my family to stay before visiting Penn Caves.

Booked a three month stay at this property and it was amazing! Very clean. Host was excellent with communication and so helpful when we ran into some personal issues during the stay.

Host was very flexible and accommodating. Much appreciated. Convenient to the fairgrounds. Nicely optioned kitchen. Only minor detractors were low ceilings (my 6ft 4 husband kept knocking it when dressing), and a noisey krinkly plastic mattress cover. The bed was very comfortable but the mattress cover made is hotter than we like, even with just a sheet to sleep with. We would stay again. Recommend. We liked the lighted off street parking!

We absolutely loved this place, I was really relaxed and at peace, very clean didn’t want for anything in the home Amos was on point with this beautiful spacious home , it was a home away from home I loved it and can’t wait to stay again ❤️

This place is cleaned with eco/people friendly products which is very important for my immune system. No febreezes, scented candles, chemical air fresheners, hormone disrupting laundry soap, and dish soap! They are ahead of the curve and care about you by providing such products! They provide essential cookware, lovely instant or fresh latte brewed daily or hot chocolate for your pleasure. The family is wholesome, active, full of life, and a nice balancer and healing to be by for us after experiencing turmoil in our life🙏truly a blessing 🙏 the place is beautiful, clean, stylish, comfortable, and you have a view of the mountains. Gratitude practice notebook inside if you do choose. I highly recommend 🙏

The place was very convenient for us. It was close to our family. We loved the quiet.

Jeannie and Herb’s place was exactly what our family needed on our way to the east coast. It was quiet and peaceful, viewing the cows and chickens was a favorite of our kids. There were plenty of games and puzzles to occupy our kids and everything we needed to make a healthy meal was available in the kitchen.

Jennifer’s place is warm and welcoming. Free of clutter, yet lovingly decorated with lots of unique hand painted pieces and pretty artwork. The beds and shower are comfortable and the kitchen equipped with all we needed. Host was friendly and responsive. The apartment is very private with pleasant spaces both inside and out. Excellent location near shops, cafes, restaurants and a walking trail. Plenty of biking and hiking options nearby in beautiful surroundings.

I had a great stay at Margaret’s place. It felt very homily and was exactly what I needed. I have to say that Margaret is one of the most responsive and hospitable hosts I’ve come across. Highly recommend

I love how it makes me feel like home. Great work area and the kitchen is my favorite place. Also really convenient if you have dogs cause there is some great area to go in a long walk with your pets

As always, another wonderful stay at Roxanne’s and Doug’s. We could smell how fresh the inside was outside the door. Leroy even said commented on how good it was as we were standing on the private deck. The gas grill was so pristine it looked brand new. We couldn’t wait to cook on it. Roxanne recommended things to do on the rainy days. Places we didn’t know existed out there. We stayed two weeks this year and the cost was right in our budget. You really can’t find a nicer place to stay in such proximity to Seven Points. Already counting down the days until next year…364. Thank you once again for everything.

My wife and I stayed at Irina's place for a month and really enjoyed it. The room was super comfortable, and Dan was always kind and helpful. He even brought us water and let us borrow bicycles. There was a short power outage at the end, but it became a fun memory. The only thing to note is that it’s better to have a car, since there’s no public transport to State College. Overall, a great stay in a quiet, safe neighborhood near a lovely river. Thanks so much, Irina and Dan!

The place was perfect! The creek behind was filled with trout and the location was close to surrounding fishing spots as well. Never needed to go more than 10min away from the condo. Clean and well maintained by Dan.

My friends and I stayed here for a long weekend. We had the best time! The hosts are the nicest people and went out of their way to make sure that we had a great stay! The hosts kept us posted on all of the fun activities on the mountain. We loved the fireplace in the condo. We will definitely be back! Thank you 😊

This was my second stay here. Irina is always responsive, and the place was renovated. Plenty of parking and outdoor space. The stream and wildlife was beautiful. Her son Dan is incredibly helpful and kind. We had a nice stay.
