Peace, quiet, a climatic wooden house, sauna, hot tub, billiards, gazebo with a place for a barbecue and a bonfire, a tree house and a pier on Lake Józefowo are at the disposal of our guests. The cottage has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room with a fireplace (with two sofa beds) and a fully equipped kitchen. West Guest House is located in a quiet are of the Kampinos Forest, in Klaudyn town, 12 km from the center of Warsaw ( about 20 minutes by car). We offers you 165 m2 fully equipped house, well furnished and comfortable four bedrooms, kitchen, two bathrooms, garage for two car and parking places outside. The house is surrounded by a large garden with a terrace. There is also a small playground - the best place for your children. The garden includes a mini spa sauna and jacuzzi - paid option.

The cottage consists of a living room (fold-out sofa), a bedroom on the ground floor (double bed), a bedroom in the attic (3 single beds), a kitchenette and a bathroom. Completely remote from the bustle of city life, close to the Vistula River, still within an hour's drive from Warsaw and half that from Płock or Żelazowa Wola. Specially recommended for all kind of outdoor and nature enthusiasts who would like to enjoy exploring a huge wild river like the Vistula. Bike rental included in the price, kayaking trips optional.

Our "LasMinute" barn in Kazmierzów is located in the Komory nature reserve in a landscape park surrounded by the Natura 2000 area. An exclusive hot tub, SUP board, bicycles, comfortable furnishings, fireplace, terrace and numerous attractions make it a great place to relax. Huge space around, proximity to the forest and lakes, but also bicycle trails. The house is 97 sq m. We can comfortably accommodate six people with 3 separate bedrooms and a living room with a kitchen.
