Fully furnished and equipped, the house is cozy, great for solo retreats, or for small groups of people. The studio apartment is located above a newly constructed garage, that is not attached to our house so you have plenty of privacy. Retreat & social distance in the tree tops in our 8x10 ft “Rock House”. Song Birds will sing to you. Private outdoor bath tub near grilling/fire pit. A pavilion with picnic table and outdoor kitchen was added in 2021. Finnish steam sauna w shower was completed in fall 2019. Nice outhouse! Self Check in May - Oct. Enjoy 160 private acres with 4 miles of trails on our 3/4 mi stretch of the wild and scenic St Regis River in the Adirondack Park. Pets are ok. We Welcome Diversity!!
