Condo vacation rentals in Stari Grad

Min vistelse på denna Pärla till lägenhet i Belgrad var helt fantastisk! Från det ögonblick jag klev in kände jag mig hemma. Lägenheten var precis som på bilderna, om inte bättre! Den var skinande ren, smakfullt inredd och hade allt jag kunde tänkas behöva för en bekväm vistelse. Sängen var otroligt skön! I lägenheten är det oerhört tyst, är man känslig för ljud och vill ha en tyst och fridfull så kan denna inte bli bättre. Läget var också perfekt. Det var gångavstånd till alla de stora sevärdheterna, det fanns massor av mysiga restauranger och kaféer precis runt hörnet. Vill man ta sig längre bort så var det var lätt att ta sig runt med kollektivtrafiken som är GRATIS för ALLA. Området kändes tryggt och levande. Värden Sonja och Boris, var otroligt hjälpsamma och gästvänliga. De svarade snabbt på mina frågor och gav utmärkta tips på saker att se och göra i Belgrad. Deras omtanke gjorde verkligen skillnad. Jag kan varmt rekommendera detta boende till alla!

Mükemmel bir ev sahibiydi. Her konuda yardıma açık ve çok güleç bir kişiydi. Evin temizliği kusursuzdu. Kendi evimde gibi hissettim. Evin konumu da çok iyi. Dip not: evin önündeki otobüs durağından giden otobüsler ile kolayca üst caddeye ulaşım sağlayabileceğiniz gibi ayrıca üst caddede bulunan 72 numaralı otobüs ile aktarmasız ve ücretsiz şekilde havalimanına ulaşım sağlayabilirsiniz.

This is the perfect Airbnb for exploring Belgrade. Located in a cute neighborhood with plenty of cafes and restaurants, and the old town a short walk away. The Airbnb itself is huge and has everything you need to be comfortable. Aleksandra is an excellent host, as she was super responsive and provided many detailed instructions, including plenty of guides on what to check out in Belgrade. We highly recommend!!!

It is a quiet oasis in the centre of the city, fresh and nice. The beds are comfortable, the yard is beautiful.

we had a very nice stay at Vensa's place. she was very helpful and caring all the time. I highly recommend staying at her place. And she has AC! (it was ver hot outside during our stay)

I'm very happy to stay in Branka's house. She received me warmly and introduced the house and related usage instructions in detail. I spent three pleasant nights in her house.

A very spacious, comfortable and well equipped apartment right in the centre of Belgrade. Secure parking in the building. Stefan and his father were extremely helpful and welcoming and very responsive. Highly recommended.

The location is great, walking distance to a supermarket and shopping centre. Milo’s is an amazing host, super responsive and kind. The apartment is clean with a good AC and washing machine. I would recommend staying here :)

Stan je prelep, nov, u novijoj zgradi sa jako lepim ulazom, u predivnoj ulici. Prostran stan, veoma funkcionalan, jako čist, sa lepim nameštajem i udobnim francuskim lezajem u spavaćoj sobi. Branislava je jako ljubazna, vrlo brzo je odgovarala na poruke a posto sam u poslednjem trenutku shvatio da moram povesti i psa, srecom stan je pet friendly, ali nisam najavio na vreme, Branislava nije pravila nikakav problem čak se izvinila sto nije donela posudice za vodu i hranu jer nije znala da vreme da cu povesti psa. Sve u svemu, najvise ocene i za domacicu i za stan! Hvala! Odsedacu u ovom stanu kad god bude slobodan!

My wife and I loved this place! The location is perfect. It's in the center, yet the home is very quiet and safe! The internet was fast and reliable. It was nice coming home after sightseeing and just watching HBO on the big screen TV. The host was very responsive and polite. Would definitely stay again here. Thanks.

Spacious apartment, with a good kitchen set-up and grocery store nearby making it easy to cook, and the apartment is in a great location with lots of nice restaurant's and cafes nearby. I will stay hear again next time I am in Belgrade.

Die Wohnung ist im 2. Stock eines der Gebäude an der Waterfront. Daher hat man keinen Durchgangsverkehr an der Terasse. Touristische Gegend, aber nicht unangenehmer Art, im Gegenteil sehr angenehmes Ambiente. Die Wohnung ist insgesamt ordentlich, sauber, gut ausgestattet. Wir waren 2 Erwachsene und 2 kleine Kinder, der Platz hat gut ausgereicht. Wir haben uns wie zuhause gefühlt. Wie schon in anderen Bewertungen erwähnt ist der Pool und das Spielzimmer ein Highlight. Das Spielzimmer im 2. Stock ist für eher kleinere Kinder ausgelegt. Die anderen haben wir nicht besucht. Die Angestellten im Haus sind sehr freundlich und nett. Parkmöglichkeiten in der Tiefgarage können über den Vermieter angefragt werden. Man hat dann mit dem Aufzug direkten Zugang ins Gebäude. Es fahren Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel in der Nähe. Wir waren mit dem Auto (Parken in Belgrad ist übel!) und Taxi oder zu Fuß unterwegs. Zu Fuß in die Altstadt ca. 20 min. Alles in allem für uns ein perfekter Aufenthalt!

Dejan iyi ve ilgili bir ev sahibi, ev tertemiz. Çarşaflar, banyo pırıl pırıl. Bizim kaldığımız apart diyeyim çünkü burası yazan villanın tamamı değil. Alt katta annesi kalıyor galiba üst çatı da iki apart şeklinde ayrılmış. Ben kiralarken yanlış anlamışım onun dışında hiçbir sorun yaşamadık. Keyifli bir konaklama idi. Teşekkür ederiz.

This was our second stay at Felix's place for the winter holidays, and it was just as wonderful as the first. It's hard to imagine a more convenient location or a more responsive host. Everything was absolutely perfect, as expected. Felix's attention to detail and the thoughtful welcome touches truly made our stay extra special.

Odličan smještaj za istražiti centar Beograda pješice. Posebno ako putujete autom s obzirom da smještaj ima svoje garažno mjesto. Boravili smo kratko, al nam je smještaj bio uredan i dobro opremljen za naše planove. Preporučam

We spent 50 great days in Zemun. It’s an vintage building, some things should be upgraded, but all works. The description needs clarifying, that would be helpful for future guests. Two apartments are collectively described, still not in details, like there are 25 stairs to the apartment and no cleaning service. The host and her family are very kind and friendly, they were right there if we needed something. It was a great experience and we would be happy to stay there again.

It was a great relax on our way to Greece. Very friendly and helpful owner. The house is well equiped, pool and jacuzzi and big garden. Terasse would need to renovate a bit but with nice view to the hills and fields. Very quiet place. Shops and restaurants you can achieve by car only.

Eine sehr schön eingerichtete und saubere Unterkunft. Auch der Ausblick aus dem Fenster war sehr schön. Die Ausstattung war ebenfalls sehr umfangreich. Die Lage ist sehr zentral und in einem modernen Gebäudekomplex. Die Kommunikation mit Dragan war exzellent. Er hat immer schnell geantwortet und uns bei allen Belangen unterstützt. Vielen Dank dafür. Wir können es nur empfehlen und kommen sicher wieder.
