Nice cozy appartment, nice view, nespresso coffee, wide shower, good mattress. Parking vast and clean with easy access. A lot of restaurants, coffee etc in the neighborhood. Public transport near. Minor problem construction work in the area. Easy communication. Perfect stay.

Amazing apartment right in the center. Easy to find and check in/check out. Gordan was very responsive with questions that we had. Added bonus is that the A/C worked really well which was helpful as we got hit by a bit of a heat wave. The apartment is spacious and very comfortable. We loved staying here.

Amazing stay! Boris managed the apartment in a perfectly clean and well organised manner. We had everything that we would need and enjoyed the terrace and the sunlight for the most! Definitely worth the visit and will come back :)

Tara is an incredible host. She provided answers to all my questions immediately and gave amazing recommendations. The apartment is absolutely beautiful with plenty of sunshine and very very good air conditioning in the living room and bedroom. It's absolutely worth the price. I visited during an intense heatwave but I hardly noticed while inside. The furnishings are high quality. The amenities are luxurious and I felt right at home. The kitchen was also perfectly clean, spacious, and well-stocked with every kind of kitchenware anyone would need which made it easy to prepare meals at home. The bedroom is large with a very comfortable bed and lots of closet space. The bathroom feels very newly rennovated with excellent water pressure and plenty of hot water in the shower. The apartment is very conveniently located near Republic Square and many of the city's best restaurants, bars, shops, and attractions. I can't recommend this place or thank Tara enough. I hope to be back soon.

My husband and I had an unforgettable stay in this stunning one-bedroom apartment situated in the heart of the Belgrade Waterfront. Everything in the apartment was immaculate and brand new, from the comfortable bed to the well-equipped, user-friendly kitchen. We enjoyed preparing meals and sipping coffee each morning while taking in the breathtaking sunrises from the large balcony. The apartment was spotless, with high-quality linens and towels that added to the comfort. Fili was an exceptional host and her staff is always available, offering fantastic recommendations for local attractions and nearby restaurants. The location couldn't have been better—cafes and a grocery store are conveniently located just downstairs, the beautiful waterfront and adjoining park are steps away, and downtown is only a 10-15 minute walk. St. Sava Church is about a 25-minute walk, and the Galerija Mall is a quick 5-10 minute stroll. Thank you for providing such an amazing accommodation and for helping

This is a great place to stay in the quiet center of Belgrade. All tourist attractions are within walking distance, cafes and restaurants too. The apartment has everything you need to spend your time comfortably (we really needed an umbrella). I would also like to note the design of the apartment and the lighting. And what is important for Belgrade, there is hot water :) In my opinion, the accommodation is generally a bit expensive, but we did not regret the money spent at all. It was an amazing week in Belgrade, and this accommodation only enhanced the positive impressions. I would like to say a special thank you to Marija for her help. Everything was great.

Location was good, in the new center as well as close to the old side (Knez Mihailova st.). Wonderful balcony view, though a bit windy. A parking place available, easy get in with apartmenent keys. Flat was as explained. Check in was very easy and Alexa was very helpful in responding every question just on time. We haven’t seen her but, she was with us whenever we need. Definitely would like to come back.

The apartment is in an amazing location right on the main shopping street and close to numerous bars, restaurants and cafés. The main room is exceptional - spacious and tastefully decorated but the bathroom in particular could do with some updating.

I’m lost for words on how nice this place is, Amazing host that is very friendly and the apartment is very beautiful. I recommend staying here, as a group of travellers around the EU this is one of the top accomodations we have seen.

Irena's place is centrally located, you can walk everywhere. Laundry services next door, supermarkets, and good restaurants close by. Irena was friendly and always responded in a timely fashion if I had any questions.I enjoyed my stay.

The host was incredibly kind and welcoming, very friendly and helpful. I really appreciated the flexibility with the check-out time, it made things so much easier for me. The location was very good, we walked everywhere and the house was very clean and tidy. Marco's brother Milos helped us a lot with the transfer service. When I come here again, I will stay in this house again.
