Newly refurbished spacious ground floor apartment in a central location within a short walk through Boscombe Gardens to the glorious beach. The owner lives in the flat above (two storey building) and parking is available on the drive or on the street outside the building. This is the first time hosting in Bournemouth, formerly in Vancouver, Canada and Manchester UK where my husband and I had excellent feedback always. The garden at the rear needs work! Also across Stanpit Marsh SSSI and Nature reserve (2 minutes) or into the historic Priory town of Christchurch: 5 minutes by car or 15 minute walk. The New Forest (Lymington, Beaulieu, Brockenhurst) is close by. Bournemouth too.

Grade 2* Listed situated in the heart of Christchurch Historic Old Town next to the 11th Century Priory Church. The property has undergone a full refurbishment (new kitchen, bathrooms etc) in 2021 and offers a parking permit for the duration of the stay. There is no on site parking.
