Vacation rentals with a patio in Stann Creek District

Great place to stay in Placencia Village. It is near to all of the village amenities, and is about 25 yards off of the sidewalk, with another building in between, so it is *quiet*. Our room was a one-bedroom apartment layout, with bedroom/batch separate from the living/kitchen area. This was perfect for us and the kitchen was well equipped, from dishes and cooking utensils to spices and condiments. We had several really hot days while we were there, so the plunge pool was an excellent amenity and not something many places have. Jody and Dora were excellent hosts and helped us arrange taxis and tours we were interested in. This is definitely will be our first choice for a place to stay on our next visit. Cannot wait to reconnect with this team!

It’s a very comfortable little place to stay. Close to everything but far enough away from the centre of town that it is still quiet at night.

Perfect getaway for my family. We live nearby and wanted a staycation with AC, pool, and peaceful environment. This checked all the boxes! It was fun to see all the wildlife around too. Lots of parrots in the trees! Please note, the place is not easy to find after dark.

Super recommended place, I would stay in the place again, they helped us even with the car that we are discharged with ma Batteria, they let us use the pool of the place, thank you very much

We loved our stay and will ONLY stay here whenever we visit Placencia. The apartment seems newly renovated. Everything is in pristine condition. The water gets really hot. The balcony is large. You can reach the beach and restaurants in under 2 minutes walking. You can reach the grocery store and bank in about 7 minutes walking. The host went out of his way to ensure my daughter and I had everything we needed. Days after checking out, we saw the host outside while we were searching for a location and the host saw us, checked on us, and went out of his way to help us. Not only is he a great host, he's a great person!

So I chose not to do my review of this property right after my stay because I wanted to really think about what I wanted to say. So here we go. OMG…this property was and is simply amazing. I’ve stayed at several properties in Belize on my numerous visits, however, this is one property that I will be booking over and over again. To say that my family and I felt at home is an understatement. The amenities offered, the ease of check-in, the cleanliness, the swimming pool, the bar-b-q area, the level of privacy offered. I can go on and on. This place is simply amazing. Each room is built out like a master with en-suite, state of the art washer and dryer, with supplies included, fully stacked chef’s kitchen, I can truly go on and on. This place is a MUST see. I promise you that you will not be disappointed. We only occupied the downstairs, which boasts 3 private rooms with restrooms. Upstairs offers even more. I’m already planning my return trip. Love..love..love.. this place!!

Do not hesitate to book this stay!! The description is absolutely accurate amd the pictures really show everything. The property manager, Candace, is incredibly helpful with recommendations and making arrangements. It’s a lovely setting just a 2 minute walk from the beach!

Judy and Dora were both wonderful and helpful especially when we didnt quite know when we were getting in and didn't have internet connection to communicate. Our room was wonderful and comfortable with many little amenities that were so great. Location was absolutely perfect right off the sidewalk. Beautiful property and great find!

Amber's Happy Place was truly amazing! You are a short distance from Placencia and in an area where you get some privacy and beach access. We originally thought we would want to be in the heart of Placencia but quickly realized that we would not have enjoyed it as much as where Amber's home is located. The inside is decorated in local art and has been tastefully done. All of the natural wood really adds to the place. We had all of the amenities that we needed and the air conditioning was able to keep us cool on those hot days. We did not want to leave! Thank you Amber's for letting us experience your amazing home! Can't wait to return!! Cheers!

We loved this place. The view is spectacular. Only small suggestion I would say is to put a little refrigerator in the casita side for cold waters and small items. Thank you for a wonderful week.

Had a great time here! The place is charming and right on the beach. It's not huge but has vaulted ceilings, nice king sized bed and a shower with HOT water and great water pressure which is not always the case in the Caribbean or Central America. Screened in porch overlooks the ocean and protects against the bugs. Perfect accommodations for a solo traveler or a couple. Quiet and peaceful neighborhood with a bar and restaurant next door. The location is a few miles from the stores and amenities of Palencia so a rental car would be recommended. Colleen Ann is a great host who responds quickly, lives in the area, and can handle any any issues/questions you may have.

We had a great family stay! Very responsive team and great amenities - View is spectacular and super clean. We loved Archie (the local dog team member) as well!!! We utilized the local chef service and they also stocked the fridge with items requested for us for our arrival. Would stay again!

Kat was an amazing host ! We were pleasantly surprised at just how beautiful her place really was ! The space was impeccably clean and she was very accommodating. The pictures don’t even do justice. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay !

This was our favorite house we stayed in in Belize. Solid, good ac. nice hot water, front balcony with lovely view and birds around! Christy and John were in ready communication. The house is only about a 22 min drive to Hopkins where there are many restaurants and snorkel trips available, and several national parks with hiking to waterfalls. Dangriga is a bit sketch, but we had good Garifuna food on the weekend at South Havana bar and grill.

The villa was just what my family needed. It was out of the tourist area and relaxing. The house is equipped with most everything we needed. The place was just as advertised. Great time and a bottom floor bedroom for privacy for my dad. Kitchen is remarkable and beautiful!!

We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home by the sea! If you want to get away to a place to relax, this is a great option. The house is clean, modern, and well-equipped. The beach is out your back door. Lori was super friendly, considerate, and a great communicator. The only heads up I would give is that the doors on the bedrooms and bathrooms are not completely private. Take this into account when traveling with others. Overall, we were very satisfied with this place!

I was worried by the way it is listed on Airbnb. One place says room in a house. The one bedroom condo I booked with ocean view was on the 2nd floor and a partial view. The deck was spacious and the kitchen, table, and living room very comfortable. I would book this again. It is right on the sidewalk that leads to all the restaurants. safe in the condo, very hot water and good WIFI.

Russelee and Scott were great hosts. We enjoyed the private room and nicely equipped shared space. The pool was amazing, and the Village was a quicker walk than expected. We loved snorkeling right off the beach in the Village. The guest guide book was helpful, ATM tour was out of this world! Lots of fond memories from this trip. Can’t wait to come back!

This condo was great! Management was very helpful with assisting us with planning activities and meals. Be aware that the location is a bit away from Placencia village and will require a golf cart or car. We were a bit nervous driving the golf cart after dark, so used a taxi service for dinners. Taxis are a bit expensive. Be aware that there are sandflies on the beach, particularly around sunset, they were a minor annoyance, but be sure to have bug repellant on, when walking the beach, this is an issue all across Belize. This was our homebase for activities in the area, which included a visit to Cockscomb, Ranguana Caye and fishing. (They picked us up and delivered us with a pile of fish at the Cocoplum dock). We enjoyed meals, lounging and drinks on the beach right next door at the Naia resort. I am a photographer and enjoyed the cool mornings on the patio taking photos of beautiful birds right from the patio. Overall it was a great experience and we will be back.

Extremely nice pace to stay and super close to all the festivities and restaurants

This was our second time staying at these condos. It is located in such a beautiful area, and well worth the price.

Our stay was amazing. The location was convenient to restaurants and activities. Floor to ceiling windows surround you in the primary suite overlooking the crystal clear water. Open the patio doors for a wonderful breeze! The kitchen has beautiful high end appliances and the furnishings are modern and stylish. The grounds are beautifully maintained with lots of flowering plants. We highly recommend you try the Triggerfish.

New condo ; construction happening on adjacent property but overall an excellent location next to great restaurants and highly recommend
