A 3 minute golf cart drive away from our three gorgeous beach's with tennis, squash, swimming pools and slides for the children being just a few of the activities available. Fishing, river rowing, surfing ,lagoon walk are further activities to add to the abundance that Princes Grant has to offer.

A lovely thatched two bedroom cottage in a tranquil one and a half acre garden in Salt Rock. Beautifully furnished with a modern fully equipped kitchen. SMEG oven, washer/tumble dryer, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. Walk out the sitting room onto a lovely patio which is situated on the steps of a large pool. Only 2kms to the beach and very close to Sage, Litchi Orchard and Tiffany's Shopping Centre and the new Salt Rock City. Children love running around the large garden and of course the pool.

A well-appointed living space features a spacious bed with a neutral-toned throw, complemented by bedside lamps. A modern gray sofa is positioned nearby, adorned with decorative pillows. An abstract wall art piece adds a contemporary touch, while the bathroom is visible in the background.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. It is one place that makes you feel at home whilst away from your own home. The most beautiful about it is that it has everything that you might need, from a glass to cock screw. Should you have a need to get a sea breeze, upstairs or roof top there is a beautiful splash pool where you can have a braai whilst you sip a favorite drink of your choice. Should you choose to be indoors, you can relax in the lounge watch tv while roast lamb in the oven
