Welcome to a unique functionalist home of 200 sqm with 70 sqm private roof terrace and outdoor kitchen. Here you will live in rural surroundings with stunning views of Mjøsa, only 2.5 km from Hamar city center. The single-family home was completed in 2023 and is perceived as exclusive and spacious, consisting of three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a well-equipped kitchen, dining room and two TV rooms. The whole house is equipped with Sonos systems. In addition to the roof terrace, there is a 30 sqm balcony with seating area + dining area in the immediate vicinity of the kitchen.

In the water below the cabin there are perch, mort and pike. And if you want to fish, just do it. Hiking terrain is right outside the cabin.. There is the possibility to borrow a pedal boat for use on Vesle Rokosjøen. Otherwise, the water is a popular area for paddling and kayaking.
