Place was great! Had everything we needed and then some and was a great way to celebrate my son’s 3rd birthday. Colleen was great, gave restaurant recommendations and always responded when we needed anything.

The house was perfect for what we needed it for. Clean, full kitchen, comfortable beds, and a nice outside deck with gas grill. The neighborhood was nice and quiet and we had a fire in the outside pit every night. There was a local firewood supplier four minutes down the road which was nice and convenient. Checking in and out was a breeze and talking to Triada was a pleasure. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend the house to anyone.

We rented this beautiful home while attending our daughter's graduation from UNE. This home provided us with plenty of space for our family and had everything you would need to make your stay enjoyable. The beds were very comfortable, and the towels and linens were top quality. We felt the home was close to everything we needed. We wished the weather was a little better for us; we would have liked to enjoy the outdoor deck! Don't pass on renting this home. It's a 10+! This house was perfect for me and my guests! All 7 of us fit perfectly, It didn’t feel too overcrowded! We loved the beautiful view off the deck and the hot tub was an amazing touch! The house was very clean and had everything we could’ve needed. I loved how clear the instructions were for everything and how responsive the hosts are if you need anything!

As Mainer living across the country, it is always nice to come. Unfortunately this trip was to attend my Mom's funeral. Pam's home was the right level of closeness to the rest of my family to make visiting easy. The place was the peaceful retreat I needed to visit with myself. Five minutes to most things a person living out of a suitcase could need. Also less then 5 minutes walk puts one at the boat launch for personal watercraft. A great place to sit for a few. The amenities were plentiful at the house and the character was Maine charming. Pam was wonderful and easy to communicate with at all stages. I will be back in the future. Matt

Dan was a very good host, even finding a large pan for our big eaters to use in addition to what he normally has in the kitchen. It's a fun place to stay, with the fire ring, plenty of outdoor chairs, and a corn hole game outside. The tall trees around the back yard are lovely. Our 3-year-old said, "It would be nice if this could be Heaven." The inside is attractive and convenient.

We stayed at Rob and Nate's place while we visited Portland and the surrounding area over the long weekend. It was the perfect choice! They were great hosts. Their home was in a beautiful setting. From the back deck, we could look out onto beautiful gardens and a small pond. The home itself was lovely and cozy, spotlessly clean, and had all the amenities we needed. It was an easy drive to Portland and Sebago Lake. We would definitely recommend staying here!

If you’re looking to stay in Portland, this is the place! Everything about the property was pristine. It felt classic and elegant, but with modern touches. Directions were easy and clear, linens and amenities were fantastic, and communication with the host was always very prompt. It’s located on a beautiful quiet street, but only 5-10 mins to downtown Portland and the bridge over to South Portland. Don’t hesitate to book this place for your next stay.

My boyfriend and I had a lovely stay. We enjoyed drinking coffee out on the patio in the mornings and cooking meals in the kitchen. The place was clean and just what we needed for the week. Victoria and Tanner were also very friendly and quick to reply to our messages. We would come back!

Enjoyed our stay so much! Nestled into a picturesque and quiet town. Super easy to get to and from Portland without having to stay in the hustle and bustle of staying directly downtown. The house itself is charming and clean. Felt like we were coming back to our own home every night after exploring Portland and the surrounding cities. Plus, the banana bread was such a sweet and thoughtful touch. 10/10 would recommend to anyone!

We had a great stay. The location is quiet but just a few minutes away from amazing restaurants, cafes, and breweries. Highlights: The bed was super comfortable. The sauna was great on a rainy day. The walkability to the Back Bay trail was appreciated.

Great location that is nearby for runs/walks and quick driving commutes to downtown and other hot spots. The space was cozy and clean.

This is the perfect stay for two people for a getaway in Portland! You'll get a quiet spot in a nice neighborhood that is walkable to anything you would want to do or see in town. Sharon and Eric were awesome hosts and their place was a great place to recharge each day after being out and about in Portland. Highly recommend you book here!

A lovely place to stay in Portland’s East End. Great location in a very quiet and walkable neighborhood. (I happily did not need a car during my visit.) The apartment is great, with a comfy bed, smart TV and a nice little patio too. And you’re just steps from the Eastern Promenade park, which is one of Portland’s best amenities imo and leads to a beach, waterfront trail, dock w/ kayak rentals, etc. Jennifer was a very kind host; thank you!

Carlo is a very cool person and the space reflects that. Its very cozy and in an amazing location. The smoke friendly back yard and games available leave a lot of good late quiet hangs and safe feelings with that. I cant recommend this spot enough if you have good legs to make a journey or a car to make it easy. I felt right at home and never too intrusive on my part or on the hosts. Even if you dont want to move much it couldn't be a better location. I will be back there.

We had a great time! The place was very clean, nicely maintained, and in a perfect location—just a short drive to local coffee shops and great restaurants. The surrounding nature was absolutely beautiful and made the whole trip feel relaxing and refreshing. Highly recommend!

Wonderful little spot very close to the beach. Plenty of places to walk to from the location as well as a short drive to Old Orchard Beach. Would come back in a heartbeat!

This cute little cottage was perfect for my stay in Old Orchard Beach. My stay was in cold January but the cottage was warm and cozy. The highlight was being steps from the beach and being able to roll out of bed and catch the sunrise each morning.

We had a great time! The condo is clean, cozy, and comfortable. I highly recommend this AirBnB, especially for the beach proximity.

Our 3rd time staying here....great location and reasonably priced. Love the view out back to the trees and a peek of some mountains. Also great snow cleanup - we were here for a big storm and the plows cleared the car park and the paths were shoveled quickly.

Amazing apartment at a great location! Lots of character and the newly renovated kitchen was a plus. Very quiet neighborhood that allowed us to relax. Dave is a great host and was very helpful and flexible when it came to our check in time. We definitely recommend his place and will be back soon! Thank you Dave!
