A spacious, comfortable, well equipped warm home - Ideal for family get togethers. We allow one well behaved dog ( sometimes two by arrangement). Booking calendar can be misleading. This two bed cottage is in an idyllic rural location with breath-taking views. Walk through fields onto a footpath down to the picturesque village of Ashford-in-the-Water or uphill to the drama of Monsal Head. Please note - bathroom refurbishment completed March 2026. The Coach House will still offer one full family bathroom for guests to share (with sink, loo, shower-over-bath). The new en-suite ‘dressing room’ will contain a sink, toilet and vanity area but it no longer has a separate shower.

The Stanage Edge Shepherd's Hut

A quirky self-catering shepherd's hut in the Peak District close to the village of Hathersage with stunning views towards Stanage Edge. This shepherd's hut, situated on a working farm, sleeps two people in a king size bed with separate shower room. Kitchen facilities with toaster, kettle, microwave, fridge, 2-ring hob. The Hut is heated . Welcome pack included and parking on site. Sorry no dogs as this is a working sheep farm. To book a longer stay please message to discuss availability.

Situated in the hamlet of Loadbrook in the beautiful Peak District National Park (yet only 15 minutes from Sheffield city centre), Loadbrook Cottage is attached to a traditional 18th century Yorkshire farmhouse. The Cottage provides spacious and comfortable accommodation in a picturesque country setting. Local attractions include Chatsworth house, Haddon hall, Bakewell, Sheffield Botanical gardens, Yorkshire sculpture park, Sheffield theatres, museums, all within a thirty minute drive.

We welcome you to our home. In the heart of the Peak District! Perfectly located for visiting Chatsworth, Haddon Hall, Bakewell & Sheffield. Comfortably sleeping four in two double rooms with a hidden single bed under the stairs ideal for someone who doesn’t mind a little less privacy. A spacious living and dining area with doors opening out onto a patio with a Hot Tub for four people that can be hired as an add on. The house has comfy beds, boho decor & is really warm and cosy!

Bridgefoot Cottage - Wild Swimming & Hot Tub

Bridgefoot is a beautiful 17th century cottage situated in the Peak District. Guests have full use of the property including a modern, fully equipped kitchen, perfect for entertaining. There is also an exceptionally comfy and cosy sitting room, equipped with 2 sofas (one of which is a double sofa bed) a log burner and a Smart TV. The master bedroom boasts a luxurious four poster bed and an ensuite bathroom. Next door is a spacious second bedroom with two comfortable single beds.

Rokeby Cottage is a 5 minute walk from the village centre which hosts a great range of excellent pubs, cafes and shops.
