I had a lovely time in John's place. The apartment is in a great location in the old time. It was easy to walk everywhere, and had a stunning view of the sea. John was a great host. He was very communicative and helpful, and provided lots of recommendations for food and activities to enjoy in Chania. I came for a friend's wedding and so was in and out a lot throughout the weekend, and had a very easy time coming in and out late at night.

Great place to stay, right in the old town with a great choice of restaurants on the doorstep. We had the apartment with seaview, great to people watch. The apartment was spacious, clean, shower & hair wash supplied. Very comfy bed & very nice linen. The cleaner came everyday, was very friendly & funny. Would happily stay again & recommend.

There will not be enough superlatives to describe this place. The location overlooking the Venetian Harbor was amazing. The house is historic, beautiful and has all the amenities you will want. You literally won't believe the large rooftop deck with crazy views. The house had lots of interesting things to read, lots of space for a large group and it was stocked with maps and guidebooks. The neighborhood is completely safe. The in-person welcome from the hosts contained some really thoughtful surprises (you will need to find out yourself - I won't ruin the surprise welcome.). Manolis was a wonderful host. It was so nice meeting him at checkin. He had stocked the kitchen with snacks and beverages including a bottle of wine. The AirBNB is spectacular. The location was perfect for us being on the harbor but not in the busiest section of the port and was so nice to just walk downstairs to numerous options for dining, shopping, and walking to 2 local beaches. We also enjoyed watching the sunset from the patio. We hated to leave as it was such a lovely relaxing spot. Would highly recommend this AirBNB and Manolis was the best host.

Extremely beautiful and friendly!

Wow! Artemis is such a thoughtful host. The property is peaceful and beautiful. It’s a wonderful way to enjoy Crete and the Mediterranean. Our apartment was cleaned every weekday; that was a bonus!

Our family of 8 thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. It's a classic Greek beach house with a lot of character and modern updates. We had plenty of space for our XL van, we loved the pool and of course the beach, and location was very accessible to restaurants and shops. The AC worked well throughout the house, kitchen was well equipped, and laundry and dishwasher were great too. Host responded to all our questions within minutes and was very flexible with scheduling.

We had a lovely stay in Kalimbari. Our host Georgia welcomed us warmly and the apartment is equipped with initial provisions such as water, fruit, honey and rusks for the first few days. The decor is very tasteful and for a longer stay even bed linens and towels are exchanged. We were very happy to accept Georgia's excursion tips. The place offers a good starting point for many day trips in western Crete. Georgia and her husband were extremely helpful in all matters. We enjoyed the 11 days there very much and felt almost as if we belonged to the family when we left. Thanks again to Georgia and her husband 🙂 Ulrike & Markus

We had a great time in this beautiful house, everything was impeccable, very clean, super equipped and very functional, the pool was very welcome to cool off under the Cretan sun - In addition Karolina graciously offered us an adorable gift of different Cretan handicrafts a real treat thank you very much, Karolina is very responsive and very efficient Everything was perfect 10 out of 10 if we come back to Crètes it is certain that we will come back to Karolina's Zahra Emma and Jean-Pierre

We had a glorious two weeks at Niko's place. For the first time at AirBNB it felt like we're were guests at a friends home. All of the promised essentials were provided in generous quantities - Niko's home grown fruit and veg were a particular treat and provided in such generous quantities that we couldn't eat them all. The place is simple but with all the equipment that you could need. The terrace a delight to enjoy the sun and the bathing spot a treat. Niko has landscaped a most wonderful extended garden which made the whole property just beautiful!

I truly recommend staying with Niko in this beautiful villa! The house is very modern, the outside area spectacular and private and the communication with Niko was clear and helpful. The accommodation works for both families and friends. The house is located around 30mins from Chania which is easy to get to by car. Can only recommend renting this villa.

Valias place was amazing ! We dealt with her mum Katerina who was super friendly and always on the phone if I needed anything. Perfect location with stunning views of the Venetian port . Everywhere easy to get to. The beach about a 30 min walk and a beautiful one at that. Highly recommend and are looking forward to booking again nxt year 😀

We had a great time at Fotis and Amalia’s place. Definitely one of the cleanest places we’ve stayed! The location was perfect as we like to stay just outside of the hustle and bustle but close enough so we can dip in and out with ease. There’s plenty of bakeries, restaurants and supermarkets around. The views are just outstanding and we ended up getting food a few times to eat at home as we enjoyed to look at the sea from the house. It was also easy to cook, there’s plenty of utensils if you wish to prep a meal in. The bed was really comfortable, as I’m 7 months pregnant asked if we could have a couple of extra pillows and this was ready for our arrival. We were pleasantly surprised with the amount of groceries we had available at the house too! Fresh fruit (we loved making our own fresh orange juice in the morning!), bread, butter and many other snacks! Fotis was also great at recommending places to visit like beaches, restaurants and museums. We 100% recommend this place!

Great day for a value close to everything.

Loved the huge deck. Across street from beautiful beach where you could rent chairs and an umbrella and order food and drink. Walk to dozens of all kinds of different restaurants right on the “the strip” and in the old town.

5 things we loved 🥰 : 1. The proximity to the sea: going to the beach around the corner and go for a swim 2. The huge terrasse with the table where we had breakfast and yoga every morning outside 3. The very well equipped and cosy apartment from hair dryer to toaster, from books to jazz CD's 4. The proximity to everything ; the town via multiple ways along the coastal path. 5. A spacious apartment, very nicely decorated, bright, with beautiful views, very well located, the sound of the sea lulled us at night. The beautiful terrace for breakfast or dinner. We had a parking space right next to the apartment, super practical. Konstantinos responded to us very quickly, very friendly A perfect week

The apartment’s large balcony & location at the quiet end of the Venetian Harbour in Chania old town, was perfect for relaxing and exploring the labyrinthine little alleyways of the old town of Chania. I started and ended the day sitting on the balcony, watching sensational sunsets, the quiet chatter of people in the restaurant below and the mooring and unmooring of boats in the harbour! Christina, my main contact, was outstanding in her responsiveness and assistance in ordering a taxi etc. I would definitely stay here again!

Amazing stay, just what I was looking for. The place was as expected and right near the beach. The place was clean and the little extras like the sun bed and other beach stuff was appreciated. Parking out from useful too. Kurt was really nice, great communication and very welcoming. Would recommend the stay.
