Fantastic stay for our family in order to finish the school year before we moved out of Charlotte. Very clean and well stocked with what we needed!

Loved this house. We felt right at home. House was super clean and the neighborhood was fantastic. It was very quiet at night and less than 10 minutes away from Mecklenburg County Sportsplex at Matthews. We rented this house for a lacrosse tournament, and we will definitely be back next year.

Josh was an amazing host, very polite and responsive, and totally invested in making our stay an enjoyable experience. The home was absolutely lovely and inviting to include comfortable sleeping quarters, a beautiful gazebo with an outdoor television and string lights for the nighttime, and an open dining concept for those who love to cook and socialize with their family. We look forward to staying again!

I loved staying in Daniel and Charlotte's beautiful and cozy home! The neighborhood is quiet, parking is convenient, and the king-size bed is very comfortable. The hosts were very communicative. I'm sorry I could only spend one night here; I'd love to return.

We stayed for a Bach, we had so much fun at the house. There was a lot to do. We enjoyed the hot tub and backyard area very much. We really loved this place it was very clean.

What a wonderful place to stay! Ken was great, responsive and provided a comfy but spacious home for us to stay. Upon arrival my husband shouted down the hallway to me - 5 stars!

Highly recommend this location and townhouse. Please remember there are lots of stairs in case you have knee or hip problems.

Our stay was nothing short of spectacular! The house was beautiful, clean, spacious, and fully stocked with all household essentials! The neighborhood was quite peaceful and the neighbors were friendly! We would highly recommend this home as a great stay and f you’re in the Charlotte, NC area!

My family and I loved our stay at Erin's place. The house was nice and had a big fenced in backyard which was great for our dog. Erin was very responsive and gave clear instructions for check-in and check-out. The area is great and just a few minutes down the street from downtown Matthews. I highly recommend Erin's home to anyone looking for a place to stay in the area!

Such a peaceful place to stay even just for a weekend getaway. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for somewhere to stay with their significant other. the only downside while we were there was not all the animals were there or out.

Dawn made everything so welcoming for my stay! The place was located in a convenient but private area. It was very clean and as described. I thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would consider it when I’m back in town!

So appropriately named -charming , comfortable and safe . Reminds me of such a simpler time in life. Such a pleasure to wake up every morning, have coffee on the swing on the porch overlooking the lake, listening to the birds sing .. A retreat tucked away -a place to refresh the soul ! Wonderful hosts-so accommodating!!

They have intentionally curated the most beautiful farm. They have created the most homey Airbnb we have yet to stay at. My family and I stayed here for a Metallica concert. Beautiful home and the master bathroom was awesome! Really nice shower with a seat inside. Only 25 minutes from downtown Charlotte with lots of fun activities nearby. Extra cool points because I could bring my puppy with me with no additional fees added. I would recommend this home to anyone! 10/10!!!!!

The cottage is extremely nice, was everything I expected and a lot more. Melika was a excellent host and has set a high bar for other Airbnb stays we may have in the future.

Mary went above and beyond to make us feel at ease staying at her house. She was thoughtful, kind, accommodating and very responsive. We were in Charlotte for our grandson's graduation from high school. Her home is beautiful and peaceful. We were truly blessed!
