Newly-built house (2016) located right next to the water. 40 sqm+20 sqm loft and a 12-sqm glass-enclosed room (not winter-insulated) The house is very bright and fresh, and has an incredible view. There is one bedroom with a double bed, and bathroom with shower and washing machine. There is a sleeping loft with 3 x 90-cm beds. There is a possibility to borrow a child's cot. 10 km from Karlskoga city center, where there are restaurants and shops. Nearest grocery store, 4 km In the living room/kitchen you can enjoy the view but also enjoy sitting in front of the woodstove

Charming cottage with large terrace and private jetty

A unique and beautiful home with no view right down by the lake, surrounded by radiant beautiful nature. A large terrace leads down to its own jetty. Rowing boat and canoe are included. In the cabin, there is a fold-out sofa bed (2 persons), a sleeping alcove with a bunk bed (the lower one is a double bed), a dining area and a small, well-equipped kitchen. Sink and shower (hot water) on the patio and toilet in separate storage room. TV and WiFi available. Dish soap, body wash and toilet paper are included for 1-2 days.

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Proximity to the ski slope and high position overlooking Yxsjön! Here is the swimming area with jetty just in front of the house. And ski tracks/exercise tracks just around the corner. About 40 minutes drive to Säfsen, about 1 hour drive to Romme Alpin and 20 minutes to Fjällberget. Atlantis

Atlantis ist ein Blockhaus, welches Ende des 19. Jahrhunderts erbaut und als Backstube genutzt wurde. Seit Anfang 1990 dient es als Ferienhaus und wurde 2023 neu gestaltet. Das Haus befindet sich direkt am Wasser und nahe der Straße 233. Ein Ruderboot und eine Sauna, im angrenzenden Bootshaus, stehen den Gästen zur freien Verfügung! Die Natur lädt zur Freizeitgestaltung und Entspannung ein. In der näheren Umgebung sind aber auch Museen, historische Orte und Industriekulturstätten zu finden.

The little red house is about 90m away from of the Spannsjö, on which's shores my farm is the only real estate.Your little red house has everything you need, no matter the season: sleeping room with 4beds, living room, bathroom, fully functional kitchen and your own washing machine.Wifi is in the house.

Welcome to our cozy log cabin — a serene place to relax and adventure! The cottage has 6 beds divided between 2 bedrooms and a small loft with 2 beds. There is a small cabin during summer time with 2 beds that can be rented for a fee of SEK 350/day. Cleaning for a fee. Bed linen/towels for a fee. The cottage has a large porch with stunning lake view. Walking distance to a swimming area with a sandy beach. Discover museum, cafés, go-karts, Spa, fishing trips, ski downhill/ length.

Here you live in a cozy timber house from 1909 with modern amenities. Walking distance to Ludvika's range of shops and restaurants. In winter, there are good opportunities for skiing, both in tracks and downhill. Romme alpine is 30 minutes away. Summer time there is possibility for fishing in Övre Hillen. Fish from the jetty or rent our plastic boat with electric motor (SEK 150/half-day 8-12, 12-16). Fishing license SEK 50/day.

Lovely cottage (bath & fishing)

A typical charming Swedish red cottage in lovely surroundings next to a lake (2 min walk) with your own bathing place with platform, access to boat and one canoe for up to 3/4 persons and free fishing (You can borrow simpel fishing equipment). Fully equipped main house with 3 bedrooms. Additionally 1 small house available with 4 beds. It is very quiet and peaceful here and you will see the sheep and horses graze near the house.

Rikkenstorp - swedish countryside!

Come and stay at our small organic farm. You have your own nice house by the lake with access to a sauna. Take a walk in the forest or on the paths around the farm and say hi to the animals. This is an active small scale farm with a genuine feeling! Experience real countryside with nature, silence and a sky full of stars :-)
