FredrikLars farm by Nordmarksbergs Herrgård

FredrikLars-gården adjacent to Nordmarksbergs Herrgård: 19th century or older. In this farm, the great inventor John Ericsson's grandfather Nils (b. 1747 – 1790) has lived. On a rock in the grounds of the farm, there should be a curtain with the name of Nils. Picture of this stone can be found in Värmlandsarkiv's photo archive on a picture from 1955 (photo Lennart Thelander, pictures SEVA_11229_36 and SEVA_11230-1), but has not been found in the present day. It's probably hidden by mortar that's been covered over the rocks.

Välkommen till vårt fina hus i mysiga Lindesby. Stort hus med alla bekvämligheter, härligt lantkök (renoverat 2021), vardagsrum med braskamin. Fyra sovrum med plats för 6-8 personer. Lugnt läge i liten genuin by. Nära till skog och badsjöar. Men här finns också mataffär och skola. 20 km till den pittoreska staden Nora. Huset delar tomt med ett större hus där hyresvärden bor. Perfekt hus för dig som planerar att flytta till Sverige under tiden du letar efter ditt drömhus.

Majsans Stuga

Maisans Stuga is a small but nice cottage. It is idyllically located right on the water and near Straße 233. You can swim in the lake, fish, hike in the surrounding nature, cycle, read on the veranda directly on the lake or simply enjoy the view and unwind. In Kloten, about 10 km away, there is the possibility to rent canoes or bicycles. In Kopparberg, about 12 km away, there are good shopping opportunities, cafes, restaurants, museums...

Take a break and unwind in a scenic environment with proximity to the lake and lots of activities in the surrounding area such as both downhill and cross-country skiing. Cleaning is not included, must be done before check-out or can be ordered for a fee of SEK 700.

Here you live in a cozy timber house from 1909 with modern amenities. Walking distance to Ludvika's range of shops and restaurants. In winter, there are good opportunities for skiing, both in tracks and downhill. Romme alpine is 30 minutes away. Summer time there is possibility for fishing in Övre Hillen. Fish from the jetty or rent our plastic boat with electric motor (SEK 150/half-day 8-12, 12-16). Fishing license SEK 50/day.

A typical charming Swedish red cottage in lovely surroundings next to a lake (2 min walk) with your own bathing place with platform, access to boat and one canoe for up to 3/4 persons and free fishing (You can borrow simpel fishing equipment). Fully equipped main house with 3 bedrooms. Additionally 1 small house available with 4 beds. It is very quiet and peaceful here and you will see the sheep and horses graze near the house.

The property is located about 6 km north of Lindesberg. On the farm there are sheep and horses. Around there are nice walking paths and wonderful nature with mushroom and berry fields. About 3 mil north is Klotens fishing area. Proximity to Bergslagsleden. Bathing areas are within the immediate area. The distance to Stockholm is about 18 mil and to Örebro about 4.5 mil. There is a train station in Lindesberg.
