Fitness-friendly vacation rentals in Stafford County

Jennifer’s place was very comfortable with all the amenities we needed. We appreciated the location and being easily walkable to the Metro and local restaurants. The beds were comfortable and the with the heat and humidity the A/C kept us very comfortable.

This is an excellent place to stay, and just short walk to the Eisenhower Metro. Dee is super helpful and responsive and I’ll definitely be staying here again on my next trip to the DC area.

My husband and I came in for my nieces wedding and we picked a property that seemed accessible for a wheel chair while still having room to see family who wanted to stop in and visit. This place was more than enough. From suggestions about where to go and what to do to putting us on bird watch for Petey the peacock our stay could not have been better! Trish and Glen are so kind! Also if you are worried about privacy with hosts living in the home above, don’t. We had all the privacy we wanted!

WeHost’s property was immaculately clean and they were friendly and polite and ensured I had everything I needed while at the property.

This place is perfect while visiting Alexandria. We had everything we needed even though the place does need a little bit of TLC (e.g. blinds, carpet by the kitchen, garbage disposal). The apartment is about a 10min drive from Old Town Alexandria. However, we chose this place because it included secure parking. We would stay at Rayn and Dee's place again.

This was my 2nd stay in the Alexandria area with David being my host. The location is very convenient to my work office space. I'm very familiar with the area. I would accept another offer if available in the future.

Would definitely stay here again! There is a 24/7 concierge and hot chocolate bar (seasonal) upon walk in to the lobby. The decor and ambiance are elegant, and the room matched the theme. The suite was massive, well furnished, and better than advertised. It was comfortable and clean. It’s also very conveniently located next to the King St metro stop. I had an exceptional experience at this location, and highly recommend this host.

Steffin is a wonderful host and his apartment inexactly as in the photos. It is very comfortable and Steffin also works hard to make his guest feel comfortable. He took me on a tour of the apartment building's facilities and had been very helpful.

Great room in a condo, host is friendly and communicative. Room is clean, bed is comfortable. The host’s puppy is well trained, friendly, and playful — including crate-trained if you don’t want to interact with her.

Lucas was great.! Had a few hiccups because of the holiday season and Lucas went above and beyond to help solve the issue!

This place was great. It's in a quiet neighborhood. It's close to the metro station, so we could sightsee in DC. Old Town is cute with a huge variety of restaurants and shops to visit. Alicia and Dan were very prompt to answer any questions we had.

Five stars. Great and communicative host, quality amenities, beautiful landscaping, and the in house gym was perfect for a late night workout. Ample parking and conveniently close to the city center.

I would definitely stay here again in the warmer months. The house was beautiful and the views were unmatched. We were a party of 10 and there was still so much more space and empty rooms. We went for a morning hike and played volleyball, walked to the lake, etc. This was extremely responsive! He is a great host

We enjoyed our stay. The 11 of us had no trouble fitting into the house without crowding. Having 3 full bathrooms was a huge plus. The content stickers in the kitchen and bathrooms didn't match their contents any more, but that was no problem--it just gave us a laugh. We had several questions for Tahmeed before our vacation began, and he answered all of them quickly and thoroughly. We would definitely stay at this house again.

5 stars! Perfect Stay for a Family Getaway Near DC My family of 10 had a wonderful time staying at this Airbnb just outside of Washington, DC. The home was incredibly accommodating—clean, spacious, and thoughtfully set up for a larger group like ours. We loved how peaceful the neighborhood was, providing a relaxing break from the city, but it was still just a short drive away from all the sights and attractions DC has to offer. It was the perfect balance of comfort and convenience. We truly enjoyed every minute of our stay and would absolutely book again!

Wow, this house was amazing! Totally exceeded my expectations. Lynn has thought of everything to make your stay as easy and relaxing as possible. A fully stocked kitchen, tons of floats and toys for around the lake, toys for kids, instructions and hints everywhere. She also had great communication throughout our stay and was very gracious to answer questions midweek. I would absolutely recommend this house to anyone and I hope my family and I can stay here again!

We had an amazing weekend at Soma Stays! The hot tub, cold plunge and sauna were relaxing and perfect for the weekend. We also enjoyed the table tennis and pool table. It rained the majority of the weekend, but we had plenty to do and keep us entertained at Soma Stays! The “Speak Easy” vibe in the lower level was amazing and the decor of the entire home was comfortable, unique and exquisite! Highly recommend!
