The apartment is on the 2nd floor without an elevator overlooking the garden and a large balcony.

I rent a small cozy 1-room apartment with a separate entrance right in the center of town. At the top under the roof you will find a living room-bedroom with a small desk, armchairs and a 140 x 200 bed, a spacious bathroom and a kitchen. Bakeries, supermarkets and shops are in the immediate vicinity. The bedroom opens out to the garden and is so beautifully quiet. Stadthagen train station is a 20-minute walk. A bike can be rented on request.

The building has been lovingly renovated and insulated according to modern, ecological aspects and is equipped with wall and floor heating.
