Our stylish cottage is located in one of the most beautiful places on Lake Edersee. From the spacious property, a breathtaking panoramic view over the water and the surrounding forests of the Kellerwald-Edersee National Park opens up. Here you really live directly on the lake – not just "near the lake".

We rent our entire half-timbered house with 4 bedrooms (3 bedrooms with 1 bed 140 × 200 and 1 sofa bed each, which can be folded out on the floor to a lying surface of 120 × 200 + 1 bedroom with 3 single beds 90 × 200, 1 of which is a loft bed), a dining-kitchen-living area and a bathroom with shower, bathtub and toilet. The house is in the middle of the old town of Alsfeld and yet quiet. Everything is within walking distance. Children are welcome. Dogs are welcome.

Vacation in the Knüll Nature Park for up to 30 guests

The vacation farm is rented as a group accommodation exclusively for a group of guests who belong together. For arrivals of more than 16 people, each additional guest costs €25 per night. (To be paid on site upon arrival) Family meetings, seminar groups, workshops, groups of friends and choir camps use the entire house and courtyard with outdoor seating and play barn. Small children can play safely in the fenced yard. Scooters, bicycles, etc. may be brought along.

Half-timbered house with loft bed

A small half-timbered house sleeps 4 - 5 people. On the first floor are the entrance area and the kitchen, upstairs the bathroom, the bedrooms and the living room. The bedroom has a double bed, 180 cm. In addition, there is a loft bed level for two people, 140 cm above the living room. In the living room, there is a sofa bed for 1 person. The ladder to the loft bed cannot be removed or locked. You should consider this if you want to travel with children.

Numerous hiking trails directly from the house over forest and field to reach, as well as footpaths to Marburg. Easily accessible via public transportation. This 1290 square feet (120 sqm) living space can accommodate up to five (max. 6) persons.

The house is over 500 years old, was completely newly renovated in 1994 sustainably and with style-appropriate materials yet also modern. It is a closed courtyard surrounded by old stone walls and lots of plants, great for children and animals. This approx. 37 sqm cozy apartment has been renovated with a lot of love and a lot of natural building materials, so that the charm that such an old house can radiate was not lost. It offers guests a very cozy ambiance in an idyllic garden paradise. Free parking is available right in front of the house. Bikes can also be rented. Various shopping facilities are in the immediate vicinity and are within walking distance.
