Oystertown Guesthouse Loft Downtown

This is the entire upstairs studio apartment located behind Oystertown Cottage. A path and stairs lead to the private entrance of the newly renovated apartment in a chic retro beach style, with a full bath, and a small but functional kitchen. It is quiet and only 1 block away from restaurants, shops, and parks in downtown Apalachicola. Suitable for a couple but has a comfortable standard sized sofa for a third person or a child. Golf cart rental available for an additional fee. Message host.

Captain’s Harbor

Relax at this peaceful, recently renovated home with original hardwood floors and front porch swing. It’s located on an acre of beautiful flowering plants and fruit trees. Our cozy cottage is only two blocks from the Apalachicola Bay and two miles from downtown Apalachicola for shopping and restaurants. We are centrally located between St George Island and CSB just a short drive from fishing and sightseeing adventures. There is a $100.00 dog fee with a two dogs max (no cats.)

Point Break- Take a break at the Point

Nested 2 blocks from Apalachicola Bay, 10 minutes from the Apalachicola River and 10 minutes from St George island, our cozy cottage is a new build that has all of the comforts of home. Four adults can stay comfortably with 2 very comfortable beds and 1 bathroom. We also have a fold out cot perfect size for a child. Our home is in a very quiet neighborhood located on a cul-de-sac and is a short driving distance from fishing, hunting, shopping and sight- seeing adventures.

Barefoot Bungalow

This is a newly remodeled ground floor mother-in-law suite located on the beach side of Hwy 98 on the West end of Mexico Beach. The unit has 1 bedroom with a queen bed, 1 bathroom, and two built in bunks. Access to the bathroom is inside the bedroom. It also has a small kitchen open to the living area. There is a gas grill, table, umbrella, and lounge chairs for your enjoyment in the enclosed courtyard. You may run into me outside gardening and such. *NOT BEACHFRONT!

Beachfront Townhouse near Cape San Blas

Quiet beachfront townhouse in residential area of the "Forgotten Coast." Wonderful screened porch overlooking the beach and ocean. Additional deck with chaise lounge for sunbathing. Watch the dolphins, seabirds and horses meander by. Sit under an umbrella with your favorite book or take a leisurely stroll down the beach collecting sea shells. This apartment is connected to my main home here in Eastpoint, FL: The Gateway to SGI! It is situated in the center of Franklin County which makes it an ideal spot to visit Apalachicola, St. George Island, or Carrabelle. This property is located 6 miles from the main public beach on SGI, almost a straight shot across the bridge. I am happy to welcome all guests to my own little Taradise on "The Forgotten Coast"!
