Pet-friendly vacation rentals in St. Marys

We enjoyed our long weekend stay celebrating our daughter' s graduation from high school. We found the house cozy and peaceful. We enjoyed meals and games outside by the pool. The weather was great and the pool was definitely refreshing. We hope to make it back in the future!

We very much enjoyed our stay at Catherine's house. Check in and out was easy. The beds were comfortable. Great communication and Catherine is very pleasant and warm. We enjoyed sitting on the back deck watching the sunrise as well as swinging on the front porch as the sun set. Plenty of room inside the house with all we needed to cook and relax between outings. We would definitely stay again.

I used this location as a spot for my three older children who live out of town. We needed the perfect spot for all 7 of them to stay while attending one of their siblings graduations at Clay High. This place was large enough to accomadate everything even with people visiting that lives in Green Cove. I'd highly recommend anyone who needed to stay in Green Cove this place. It's a quiet neighborhood and a close drive to several places!

This is a cozy spot for a beach vacation! The neighborhood is quiet and a great spot for a low key weekend away. It is a short drive to downtown for the restaurants. The condo has everything you need and Lynn was a communicative host. You will hear anyone staying on the floor above, so bring earplugs if you're a light sleeper.

Will be back we come to Camden county a lot and will stay again

5 Stars – A Much-Needed Getaway with Comfort and Convenience My family and I planned to be in Jacksonville for medical appointments at the Mayo Clinic and decided to turn the trip into a bit of a getaway. We’re so glad we chose this Airbnb—it was the perfect balance of comfort, convenience, and relaxation. The house was well-appointed and had everything we needed for our stay. (Though note to self: next time, I’ll remember to bring my 13x9 pan for baking brownies!) The beds were very comfortable, and we appreciated how clean and inviting the space was. The pool was a huge plus—clean and well-maintained, with plenty of chairs for lounging and soaking up the Florida sun. The location was excellent—quiet yet convenient to everything we needed, including the Mayo Clinic. The hosts provided some great restaurant suggestions. We tried Jax Beach Brunch Haus and found it to be delightful-- great lattes, delicious pancakes. We would definitely stay here again!

Great location! Extremely clean with easy parking and a 1 minute walk to the beach! Would stay here again if visiting Jax another time!

Walden’s Monopoly house was as good as advertised! My wife and 4 boys aged 6 years old to 12 years old stayed here and we loved it. The boys loved all of the games to include air hockey, arcade games, and the board games. The pool was directly across from the house which was an added bonus. The projector screens were a really good touch.

My son and I stayed here for 2 nights on our way down to Disney and let me tell you this is one is the sickest airbnbs I’ve ever booked! Your just minutes from all the main attractions and walking distance to Starbucks/ stores if need be (although we door dashed) . Paul is so kind and helpful and takes a true interests in his guests to ensure we had the best stay possible! 11/10 RECOMMEND!!

My family two babies and a dog stayed here for a long weekend trip. It accommodated all of our needs and was easily located to pool beach. The park right next door was ideally the best part for babies and dog. Would stay here again

Great cottage! Excellent location to all the island had to offer. We were able to make great memories! Our daughter's first view of the ocean and our son's first since he was a toddler!! Thank you!

The best 4-night stay! The townhouse was clean, spacious, had all of the necessary items, and just a street away from the beach and a great restaurant - super convenient! The hosts were so great and responsive as well. Couldn’t have asked for a better place/spot! Would definitely return!

It’s a pleasant condo,in a great location, and pretty reasonably priced for that area. It was clean, neat, and close to everything. The owner is responsive if needed. I would definitely return. The only caveat if you rent, is to know the address on the website says “Brockinton Drive” and it is actually “Brockinton Point” which made for some confusion when it took us to a construction lot, but we figured it out! All in all, I recommend.

This place was fantastic! Very quiet, peaceful, and the view exceeded my expectations. Our pups throughly loved the fenced in yard. Home was spotless and furnished with all the basics. Really didn’t want to leave. Will definitely book again!

it was great home . Me and my 4 kids where traveling through town and I had to find a place fast because or class A motorhome had run into major issue and so happy I found this place. it was great. the pond was perfect for fishing and right across the way from a skate park. I was able to grab our stuff from the f.v for my kids to play. We even where able to make friends with a couple local families. If ever in Kingsland would and will rent again.

This was a great place for us to stay while working through some construction details. There were three people so we had plenty of space to do all the things we needed to do. The house was as described and had everything we needed for our stay. The hosts were very responsive and proactive with check in and check out.

Location, location, location! This home has a perfect spot, from the walkability to the park to the downtown shops and restaurants. The home itself is an older home but the pool and marsh views make you overlook the older features of the lower level of the home. The upstairs is perfect with a large room that leads to a deck overlooking the marsh and the home itself sleeps as many as described. Would stay here again just for the location and pool, everything about downtown St. Marys is enjoyable. Upon arriving at the home, there were a few beer cans tucked in the bunk bed corners next to the wall that housekeeping missed, the back patio gazebo had burnt cigar ends under the table, broken glass in the deck boards, and a used wash cloth still on the towel bar that’s why I gave the cleanliness only 4 stars.

Host was super nice and accommodating, my booking was last minute and I was so grateful that I was able to stay there.

From the first minute I booked it Sam was on the money. He was fast to respond, kind, easy to work with and extremely helpful. The little place was clean, comfortable and easy to access. I was there by myself so I stayed in the room with the bigger bed. It was quite comfortable and had a ceiling fan. The bathroom was a little tight but it was clean. The washing machine and dryer were fantastic amenities to have. It wasn’t really clear that it was an apartment but that wasn’t that big a deal. The only complaint I had is the inconsiderate people who blared their music at night. Sam can’t control that so that’s not on him. The area isn’t the best but I wasn’t worried about anything. It needs to be more clear that this is an upstairs apartment. The ad was a little unclear. The price, the location for where I needed to be, and the surrounding area was outstanding. I would stay there again. Sam is fantastic to work with.

Would definitely rent again.

The Cozy Crab is one of the most well-thought-out and relaxing places we’ve ever stayed. It felt more like a custom-built outdoor lifestyle lodge than a vacation rental — everything was spot-on for our little family. We enjoyed it so much we never even made it to the beach. Instead, we spent our last evening fishing together on the dock. The wildlife is abundant. We were greeted upon arrival by a welcoming committee of manatees, clearly long-term fans of the property . Dropped the provided crab trap (aka Hotel California) and scored multiple crabs. Caught a mix of catfish, bonnethead sharks, a ray, and even a small hammerhead. Also spotted redfish, sheepshead, and a few other mystery fins. Also seen: squirrels, turtles, lizards, birds, and so many other critters we lost count. This place-is paradise. Ashley was a phenomenal host.

This guesthouse straight out of a Joanna Gaines magazine was the perfect place for my family with a crib for the baby and animals for my toddler to see. There’s a neighborhood playground a short walk away. Close to town. The well water has a strong smell, but we enjoyed our stay.
