Villa vacation rentals in St. John

We had a wonderful stay at Julie’s place! It was perfect for our family of four to enjoy our first (and not last!) visit to St. John. The views are absolutely stunning and the infinity pool is a dream. Her home is a quick and easy drive to shopping and dining and to the beaches. We spent the day exploring the beaches and our late afternoons enjoying the infinity pool. Check in was easy as the property manager met us at the market and guided us to Julie’s home. I had a few questions once we checked in and the property manager was always quick to respond and was extremely cheerful and pleasant. I highly recommend Julie’s home and will definitely stay again next time we visit St. John!

Just Right Villa was exactly that. It was a great place for our stay on St John. We loved the deck and the amazing view of Coral Bay. The bedrooms were very comfortable and we made good use of the ceiling fans. We didn’t use the A/C. The kitchen was very well stocked. We appreciated the beach gear and the basket of beach towels. It was all so fabulous and I really hope we can visit again. Greg was super nice to communicate with. Thank you.

The villa was beautiful and having access to a pool with sunset views was amazing! Our host was extremely responsive and helpful and even inflated pool floaties for us! Would definitely recommend!

John and the house were wonderful. It was clean, well stocked, plenty of towels, coffee, etc. The view and telescope were a nice touch. The 4th bedroom is a neat loft. Communication was excellent and I have no complaints. Great host.

Beautiful villa! Great view of Coral Bay! Photos do not do it justice. Great location which makes it easy to get anywhere in the island. The master bedroom was huge and quiet. The layout was so nice with each bedroom having its own air conditioner and bathroom, and the primary suite being upstairs. Lots of supplies had been accumulated, so we didn’t have to buy coffee filters, spices, etc. The kitchen was very well equipped and everything worked as it should. We would stay again when we come back! ❤️👏🏖️

Amelia is a responsive, friendly and helpful host and the home more than lived up to expectations. While I could tell the house is a home that is loved, the way it is decorated it doesn't feel like someone else's home when one is staying in it, which is hugely important to me when I travel. Waking up with the sound of birdsong in Coral Bay is very special and this house is the perfect place for that, and also close to great beaches such as Trunk Bay, Maho Beach, Cinnamon Bay. I highly recommend this rental.

This home was in an ideal location for us, and James' instructions (along with photos) were perfect. James was very helpful and responsive to any communications. We would love to return.

The house was perfect for multi families, kid friendly. I was impressed how well stocked it was!

Coconut Breeze was as good as advertised. The home was comfortable, well stocked and had spectacular views, absolutely perfect for our group of 6. Definitely get a 4 wheel drive vehicle as the roads leading up are steep and a bumpy, but hey it’s St John and that’s what you signed up for. While the home is tucked into the private, lush jungle hillside it’s also conveniently located a short drive away from multiple restaurants, grocery stores etc. We had an issue with an AC unit in the cottage, but it was promptly resolved by our host. The cottage porch was not screened in, but maybe this is something that will be done in the future. If you are staying in Coral Bay Coconut Breeze is the way.

We returned to Elysium this spring, having rented the same home 18 years ago for our honeymoon. The living area is upstairs, with 2 bedrooms downstairs on the second level, each with a separate entrance and bathrooms. It is ~15min from Cruz Bay, but worth the drive - private with unbelievable views. There is lots of outdoor space on both levels, and of course the private pool. There are lots of beautiful native plants on the property, and there are birds everywhere to serenade you. BookVI was very proactive and flexible. They guided us to the property and were in communication every day to make sure that all was good. You will want a jeep as the road from town is a little hilly, there is a very short strip of unpaved road just before the driveway, and the driveway is paved but steep. (as is the case with many of the hillside homes!) This was a peaceful place to wake up every morning, and to spend the evening after exploring beaches and hiking. Highly recommend!

Absolutely Perfect Stay at Just Peachy! Our stay at Just Peachy in St. John was nothing short of incredible! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the stunning views of the mountains and ocean—it truly felt like paradise. The villa itself was immaculate, beautifully designed, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing vacation. Melissa, our host, was phenomenal! She was incredibly responsive, always just a message away, and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. Whether it was providing great local recommendations, answering any questions we had, or simply ensuring we felt at home, her hospitality was unmatched. Waking up to breathtaking sunrises, lounging on the patio with the cool island breeze, and enjoying the peaceful surroundings made this trip unforgettable. If you're looking for the perfect getaway in St. John, Just Peachy is the place to be. We can’t wait to come back! Thank you, Melissa, for making our trip so special!

Exactly as advertised, host was very receptive. One bonus not really mentioned is how close the market is for coffee and anything you’ll need. Kids loved seeing the Iguanas at the tree each morning.

We had a great stay at Eureka. The home was extremely nice, clean, and very well appointed. Elise was also amazing. Not only did she meet us as we got our Jeep rental to lead us to the house, but she was continually trying to make our stay better. From making sure we had kids sizes for snorkel gear to having the generator running before we even knew there was a power outage. The view and privacy of the home we also fantastic. We will definitely be back and for much longer than a week next time.

Terrific house and host. Drew was awesome and the house was perfect for our family of 6. Terrific view, great pool, comfortable beds, spacious and well stocked kitchen.

Claudia was great and very responsive. Also gave helpful info for the ferry and jeep rentals. Curtis, the property manager was also great and helped us with a jeep and fishing & snorkel charter recommendations. Just good people that took good care of us. I'd highly recommend Claudia.

Grandparents traveling with our son and his family, which included two young children. Palm Breeze Retreat had the perfect space for all ages. The wrap around decks were perfect for morning coffee and breakfast as well as family dinners. Sunrise was as beautiful as the sunsets. We enjoyed the pool and the outside areas and watching the birds and other wildlife in the salt pond below. The house is a short drive to town with several markets and restaurants. We visited beaches in the East end, we loved Hansen Bay, Salt Pond Beach in the South and Francis Bay and Cinnamon Bay Beaches in the North. The location is perfect for exploring any beach you choose for swimming, hiking or snorkeling. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, cooking utensils, grilling area, blender, coffee pot, etc. We loved the outside showers. There are 3 levels to the house and that includes lots of stairs which were not a problem for us as we liked the privacy it provided. Felt like home with better weather!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time. The views were priceless!!! We enjoyed the sunsets followed by the lit up St Thomas every evening and the morning views with coffee were so serene. Kitchen had everything we needed… the kids enjoyed the loft and we parents loved having our own space. The pool views were also beautiful and even though it was a shared space we hardly saw anyone there. Would definitely recommend!

Sundancer is a gorgeous, more contemporary villa with a rich history, in a beautiful, peaceful location about 15 mins outside of Cruz Bay. Owner Rob provided a lot of useful information about the ferries, jeep rental, restaurants, things to do, before our arrival, and Lauren from Driftwood met us to escort us to the villa, which was so helpful considering driving on the left side of the narrow, winding roads was a new experience for us! We loved every minute we spent on St. John and at this beautiful villa! Thanks Rob and Lauren for all your help making this one of the most memorable vacations we've ever had. We will be back!

Great and safe location! Right by all the action in Cruz Bay

My husband and I stayed at the Mooncottage for our honey moon. The place is amazing in all levels. The views are breathtaking and the set up of the cottage is perfect for a romantic get away. We had the best time ever!

We really enjoyed this condo on St. John!! It was so comfortable and had everything we needed. We loved sitting out on the covered balcony, enjoying the view, both in the morning while having our coffee and in the evening watching the sunset! The location was fantastic! We walked to town for restaurants & groceries, and we walked to the taxi area to get a ride to the beautiful beaches! There was a steep hill walking back to the condo, but it was worth it for the condo and its location! It was just right for us and our two teenagers:)

Villa Solare was the perfect place for our group. We loved the separation if people wanted to go hang in their own area but plenty of space for us to hang as a group in the main house and patio area. The views are incredible (pictures don't even do it justice!). The pool was fantastic and we loved that it was saltwater. The water temp was perfect. Susan provided PLENTY of amenities (TP, paper towels, spice cabinet stocked, etc) for our 8-day stay. The grill was an excellent feature (we grilled out multiple nights and never ran out of fuel). Highly recommended & hope to stay here again the future!

We came to snorkel St. John & destress. The photos of Ted's villa don't begin to capture the beauty of the place. It's remarkably upkept and the host goes way above & beyond to make sure you have everything you need to enjoy the island. As others have said, it's amazingly peaceful and secluded. We hope to return again in the future.
