Hotel vacation rentals in St. John

We had an amazing time in St Thomas and this place was a big contributor. Located in beautiful Margaritaville Club resort we had access to all of the amenities- including 2 beautiful pools and resort activities. Everyone at the resort was very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and shampoo/conditioner/body wash were provided. Located on the ground level, we had a patio with a beautiful view and were within a short walking distance to the pool. Scot made sure we were contacted a couple days before our check in day to answer any questions we had. Our room wasn’t quite ready at 4, but the resort staff worked to get us in our room without too much delay. Our expectations were more than exceeded here and we would highly recommend to anyone looking to stay at St Thomas!

We had such a wonderful stay! The view was spectacular, the location was amazing (3-4 mins away from restaurants, beaches, markets). The hosts are super accommodating. We could not be happier.

I loved EVERYTHING about Scott’s place. 10/10 very beautiful view. Great walking distance from everything . I would definitely recommend and would stay again myself.

This place was amazing.! Some of the older reviews were not complimentary- I thought it was fabulous. It looks to be recently renovated with ongoing improvements. I stayed in a 3 bdrm condo (presidential suite) and it did not disappoint! Ea bdrm had a ceiling fan and individual thermostats so every guest could control their own sleeping quarters. Also, a total of 3 bathrooms with one creating a master suite. Perfect accommodations for sisters traveling together to keep the peace. Fully stocked kitchen and full size washer and dryer. Walk out to a beautiful pool and beach/ bay view. Seawood was a little plentiful on the last day but did not detour from relaxing at the pool. On site staff were very friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend!

First time in the u.s. virgin islands the stay was excellent the unit was beautiful quite and peaceful i have nothing to complain about the stay if was worth it the communication with the host was amazing if i ever book in another island and scott has anything available im definitely booking with him I love it don’t walk runnnnnnn and book this stay 🥰🥰

Joanie is a memorable host. I stayed at her property before. Communication, friendly, professional, helpful. Good people. No coincidence her place is so well kept and stocked with everything one could need on such a trip. Convenient to the ferry and secret harbor beach. The beach is a quick walk. I look forward to another time to stay!

Alan was an awesome host! The view from the villa is spot on. This place is paradise. Wildlife around the villa and out in the water. Pool, private beach, and restaurant all within walking distance. Good sunrises! Close to town and many of the beaches. We got married on Sapphire beach and it was beautiful. Also recommend Secret Harbor. Overall awesome experience and will be going back! Thanks Alan for our experience! He has tons of information through email so you can get ready for your trip. I recommend getting a jeep so that you can see everything. You will get use to driving on the left side of the road pretty quick.

Place was perfect! As soon as we checked in, the host was super friendly & provided us with all the amenities that were available to the guests. It was walkable to town, yet tucked away. Wish we stayed longer than one night!

The communication throughout our experience booking through our stay and departing was excellent. The vista is simply charming, very clean and the time and care placed into making sure we were comfortable and had every need satisfied, was very much appreciated. We had a beautiful, comfortable stay! We highly recommend you staying here too!

Our stay at Alamanda 4 at Seagrape Vista was everything we could have hoped for... perfect and pristine in every way. The unit was spotless, beautifully maintained, and incredibly comfortable. The grounds and pool are stunning, creating a relaxing, tropical oasis we never wanted to leave. We especially loved the thoughtful amenities... the shared community kitchen, convenient laundry area, and a closet stocked full of beach gear and goodies. It felt like everything was designed with guests in mind! The views were breathtaking, and the peaceful atmosphere made it the perfect place to unwind. We truly enjoyed ourselves and are already dreaming about our return. We will miss this place so much!

Fantastic stay! Just far enough from Cruz bay but walkable but steep hill. Very relaxing pool area. Loved the sound of the birds and frogs. Awesome villa space with kitchen and honor bar. We will be back!!!

We loved staying at St. John Inn. Mariah and Michael were both excellent and attentive. The owner was super kind and helpful with suggestions as well. It’s a lovely place so walkable and close to a lot of the car rental places as well so you can easily get a car and drive the island. The place is super cozy and lots of equipment for a beach day! We didn’t have to rent anything. They really make it easy to be in St. John. Thanks for a great week! We would definitely stay here again! And hope to soon!

Seagrape 2 met all of our expectations. The grounds were beautiful and very well kept. The apartment was great for 2 and had all of the described amenities. The pool was very refreshing after a day at the beach. We also enjoyed evening walks to Cruz Bay for dinner and drinks. I would definitely stay here again.

Seagrape Vista is amazing! It’s a little oasis in Cruz Bay. We fell in love the moment we walked through the gate. Our unit, #one, had a beautiful view of the ocean and pool. The inside was very well appointed, bright and sunny. Although we didn’t cook, the kitchen equipped for entertaining. Seagrape is about a 7 min walk to the ferry and restaurants! I give Seagrape a five star review!!! Thank you Julie, Trista, (our greeter) and to the owners! Hope to see you again one day.
