Vacation rentals with a hot tub in St. James Parish

Such a peaceful and beautiful spot with amazing views of Montego Bay. The scenery is even more impressive in person than in the photos. The view from the entry will get you everytime! It was super quiet and felt really private, which made it easy to unwind. Ms. Dee was great, easy to reach and super helpful during the stay. Her staff was also on top of things. Definitely a place I’d come back to and would recommend to anyone heading to the area.

Tanesha is by far the best host of all properties I’ve stayed at. Her communication was top tier for any questions we had throughout our stay. There is a bar on the side of the home that has ALL your drinking preferences at a great price so we didn’t have to go out any buy drinks. The helper, Stephanie, is available 24 hrs as well and super helpful with such a sweet personality. Tanesha accommodated us to stay at such a short notice and we were so thankful. House was just as described, parking was great, home was clean and it felt like home. I would definitely stay again!!

Mr. Jacin & Ms. Kimberly were the perfect host!!!! Their communication was superb. Their place was immaculate. The views simply breathtaking. I was able to have the jacuzzi all to myself as no other guest were booked. It was a perfect private getaway, which was much needed. My only issue was the Wi-Fi and Miss Kimberly worked hard to get it up and running. However it wasn’t able to work. I had to use it on the balcony which I was ok with. Gave me more time to absorb the scenery. I definitely would recommend. The local shop was just down the road which provided me with local items. I had a great time!!! Can’t wait to see his other properties when I visit in April….

Carmeleta is fantastic!!! This is one of the best, if not the best places I’ve ever stayed. From the nice cool minty towels to cool you down to the beautiful introduction and tour of the property. Lovely area, very quiet environment and the facility is clean inside and out. I would definitely recommend this place to any and everyone.

Shanny’s home was beautiful, I used it for a girls weekend for my daughter & her friends and I definitely made the right choice. The home was absolutely beautiful & well taken care of. The amenities were modern & everything was super clean!! I recommend this listing, you won’t regret booking! Thank you Shanny & Kesha.

So it was a bit hard to find at first but the location was okay with the distance from everything but did love the quite gated community. Wish we got a key so we could enter from any gate. There was a event and coming from negril using gps it brought us to the other gate we were lucky my parents rented another Airbnb and got a gate key so we were able to get in. But aside the place was really quite and clean beds and place was comfortable. Check out DELLYRUNEROAD OR SANDRA MYOWN ON YOUTUBE to see the place. Subscribe so you can get when the video is posted. Will try to post it soon. Pro: Clean Comfortable space and beds Nice quite community. East to learn one you find the place Will stay again. Also will stay longer. This was my first Airbnb experience and it was great. Place was nicer than what my parents got my mom felt so also but I was very happy with how clean the place was. Would definitely stay again.

Bridgette responded fast anytime I had a question the house keeper also was real helpful we rented out the whole unit for 11 people and didn’t feel cluttered at all the location of the Airbnb is perfect not to far from food places and the real local areas I will book with Bridgette again in the future

Love love loveeeddddd Oceancrest !! Pretty affordable and you cannot beat the beautiful views of this place. Pics don’t do it justice like everyone else said. There are updated tvs in all bedrooms, although the one downstairs didn’t work. The only things I would like to point out is the wifi that goes in and out, and some bedrooms don’t have hot water. The staff were fun and amazing and we had a wonderful time with them. The chef though….. I wish I could’ve tipped her a million dollars. The oxtails, jerk chicken, lobsters & conch?? AMAZING!! She put her foot in everything she made. Pleaseeee don’t forgot to try the chef! We ate with her just about every single day. Amazing food. Everything about this place allowed my family and I to have a great time! Just use google maps instead of Apple Maps when in Jamaica, you’ll probably have better luck locating the villa through there as Apple is inaccurate in Jamaica. I’ll definitely come back if I ever have a large group again :) thank you!!

This place was amazing, I went with my family and they had an amazing time. The rooms were clean, the cook Sonia was amazing! We enjoyed the beautiful scenery and how private the location was! Host was responsive and friendly.

Our stay at Whyte House was amazing! We visit Jamaica several times a year and this is a great place to stay! The house is bigger than the pictures show and is very well taken care of. Ms. Juliet was an awesome chef and kept the place clean. Mr. Audley kept everything clean and organized as well as helping Ms. Juliet cook. The staff was so great with our kids as well. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be back!

Honestly…. The pictures of the listing don’t do any justice to show how beautiful this place is!!! The owners were so responsive and went above and beyond for our needs, we even had fresh mangoes from the tree every morning. The residence is so big and spacious. In addition, my party and I felt safe and comfortable. If you’re looking to book, I highly recommend booking the chef as well!! I have never felt so sad to leave a Airbnb listing, thank you so much for making my birthday perfect!!

I recently returned from an unforgettable vacation in Montego Bay, My family and I stayed at the Villa in Ironshore and I can’t thank Michael and Nai enough for making the experience so incredible! From the moment we arrived, Michael was there to greet us with a warm smile and a wealth of knowledge about the area. Our itinerary was perfectly curated, balancing relaxation and adventure. mochael recommended stunning beaches where we could unwind and soak up the sun, as well as exciting excursions like snorkeling and visiting local attractions. The highlight was definitely the day trip to the famous waterfalls – it was breathtaking! Throughout our stay, Michael and Nai was attentive, responsive, and genuinely cared about our experience. Whether it was helping us with transportation or suggesting the best spots. My family enjoyed the pool and the grill and the movie theater. Most of all the relaxing time we all spend together. I will definitely recommend this villa to everyone. Tha

Staff: Davion, George, and Maureen were outstanding—welcoming, attentive, and professional. George always had meals perfectly timed and prepared, and handled all the planning and shopping with professional and ease. Davion was the epitome of Jamaican hospitality—warm, fun, and friendly. Maureen kept everything spotless and ready at all times. Location: The villa isn’t walkable to nearby spots, so plan to rent a car or hire a driver. We used their recommended service and had Carl, who was excellent—professional, punctual, kind, and patient. Villa: All rooms were comfortable and included en-suite bathrooms. I traveled with my 2- and 3-year-old kids, for them the property requires constant supervision with little ones due to multiple stairs, hard tile floors, open balcony railings, and a pool overhang that isn’t child-safe. They provided a pack n play which was very convenient. This house is perfect if you are traveling with older children/teens, so much to do.

I travel a lot but this was by far one of my best vacations! This is an amazing home and location, the pictures do not this this place justice, it was simply beautiful. The staff is amazing and tended to every need and although we were on vacation the staff made us feel like family. "chef" cooking was amazing, trust me when I say you don't need a restaurant, have him cook. Driver Shain know every place to go and cared for us like a body guard. Our hostess wa so sweet and accommodating. she makes a fruit frosty that you can't get anywhere on the planet. I miss all of you guys!!!! and planet to return soon. Upgrade to the suit it's INSANE and well worth it!! This will be my new home away from. home. I thank everyone for giving us such a fun spectacular vacation..be back soon

The house was absolutely beautiful—exactly as described! The location was perfect, just a short drive from the airport, which made our arrival and departure super convenient. One of the best parts of our trip was having a private driver—Fabian was awesome from start to finish! He was punctual picking us up from the airport, and during our trips to Ocho Rios and Negril, he shared so much history about Jamaica that made our drives enjoyable and informative. On arrival, Rose gave us a warm welcome and an informative tour of the home. She made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay, and her attentiveness did not go unnoticed. And let me just say—Claudine’s cooking is on point! Every dish she prepared was full of flavor and never disappointed. We truly looked forward to each meal. This was a memorable experience all around. Highly recommend this property for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and a touch of Jamaican hospitality. We can’t wait to return
