Our newly renovated apartment has all you need to enjoy a nice trip to south Louisiana. Kitchen and bath is equipped with pots, pans, spices, cutlery, utensils, dishes, and even light breakfast items. Bath has all towels and toiletries available for use. Our apartment is located upstairs above our carport but has its own private entrance along with own air conditioner/heating system. Our place will sleep 5 comfortably. We offer an Ice Machine to help with those fishing trips and local travels.

Parking is located on street, steps from the door. Getting around is easy, in addition to taxis and rodeshares, rental bikes are nearby, as well as several bus stops. Don't pay cleaning fees others charge, we do our own cleaning to ensure everything is spotless. Discounts offered for weekly stays.

Wonderful space. Clean, bright, cozy. Sit in Sun room or out on back deck with coffee or a glass of wine. Enjoy the beautiful Lakeview Neighborhood. Close to just about everything. City Park and the Lakefront are in biking walking/biking distance. Owners are available as needed. NO PARTIES . NO EVENTS . No smoking!! Sorry I do not rent to locals. (Got "burned" by someone trashing the house and throwing a party)
