It is a remarkable natural site located just below the Crêt de l'Œillon and the "Trois dents"; it faces the valleys of the Rhône, the Drôme and the Alps. Through the many surrounding paths, you can discover a strong and still preserved nature. It's completely peaceful.

The studio is located in a quiet subdivision in a peaceful and hilly countryside of Pilat. You will find everything you need for a pleasant and relaxing stay, after a long day of work, or a one-night stop before arriving at your destination. Located just 8 minutes from Vienne and Givors. As well as 25 minutes from Lyon by car.

We provide the above-ground pool (diameter 4.5 m by 1.2 m high) open from May to September The house has direct access to the small path leading to the forest, which offers pleasant walks on foot or horseback (equestrian center next to the house) The accommodation is adjacent to ours but independent and quiet.

Near nature you can take beautiful hikes, or relax on the terrace with a superb panorama, a small soccer with the children or a pétanque before the aperitif, it is possible too. Large land but not enclosed, close to animals in the neighborhood.

Caprice is the name we have given to our cottage. It is fully equipped for 4 people willing to sleep in the same room. The pool is available to our tenants during their stay between June 1 and September 30. The HOT TUB with a capacity of 3 people maximum is available to our tenants during their stay between October 1 and May 31. Pétanque terrain and balls are available for your use all year long.
