I spent a month at Jeremy's place, as I had to go to Winnipeg for work. Pros: - you have most of amenities for your day to day life. - very good value for money - the place's a bit smaller than the images would suggest, but for one person it's absolutely perfect, still doable for a couple - very walkable area, for someone who had to go almost on a daily basis in downtown, it was perfect. The suite is right near a school but the noise was never an issue, I'd say is a plus because it made the surroundings feel more alive. Cons: - I'd often smell an unpleasant scent inside and in the immediate area of the building around the neighborhood, not sure what. Maybe some fertilizer used by neighbours? - the apartment's door feels a bit fragile and doesn't really insulate from the buildings hallway. At night when some neighbour would get into the building and open his own door it sounds as if they are trying your door. Although the neighborhood looks generally safe A good experience overall

An excellent location within walking distance of the Forks, Arena, ballfield, Art Gallery and Museums. With a the excellent Fete close by where you can start your day with a coffee or end it with ice cream. The Apartment is clean with space for 4 adults to stay and eat or drink together.

A Truly Exceptional Stay I couldn’t have asked for a better experience than my stay here! The suite is beautiful—bright and welcoming, impeccably clean, thoughtfully equipped, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I especially appreciated having a washer and dryer and an electric charger for my car. The location is ideal: quiet and peaceful, yet just minutes from everything you might need. I loved exploring the walking trail right behind the house. The list of local recommendations provided was incredibly helpful, and I absolutely adored the Thai restaurant they suggested. Quite a few delicious and thoughtful surprises throughout my stay here made me feel very spoiled! Most importantly, I felt completely safe and cared for throughout my stay. The Hacktons are wonderful hosts, and it’s clear they’ve poured love and intention into creating a place that feels peaceful, welcoming, and full of heart. This is the kind of Airbnb you remember long after you leave.

We had a great time. Everything was so relaxing. The house was extremely clean and had everything anyone would want. We can’t wait to return again.

A beautiful location that is quite close to Winnipeg, comfortable inside, and has one of the best-stocked kitchens we have yet to come across at an AirBnB. We appreciated all the thoughtful additions (extra toiletries, snacks in the kitchen, a few cold beers in the fridge) and the immediate sense of being somewhere we could unwind. While the weather was wet, windy, and cold during our visit, we still had a great time and enjoyed the warmth of the cabin during the May Long Weekend.

My family spent a long weekend at Howard's cottage and had a delightful experience. The space was simultaneously roomy and cozy. We loved the fenced in porch and were able to cook several meals using the fully equipped kitchen, as well as the outdoor grill. Tons of board games, too!

Highly recommended it. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils, food, wrap, cooking pots, and anything you would need to make the stay great. The beds were super comfortable. There were lots of linens and they were nice and fresh. The host was very helpful when the front door lock didn’t work. The location is amazing, right on the river.

We would love to come back again. We did not expect it to be this nice. It was a pleasant surprise and a perfect place for a relaxing getaway.

Fantastic place, had a great time ice fishing Lake Winnipeg! Can easily ride snowmobiles right to the lake!

This is a beautiful place to stay and has a beautiful lake view! It’s so cozy and feels like home! Has everything you need and the owner was extremely nice and very flexible with me since I had to change my dates and number of people staying a few times!! Definitely recommend!!

Ina's place was perfect—comfortable, with a stunning view of the city. It was well-equipped and incredibly easy to access. The building itself was secure and conveniently located, with parking close by. I felt confident that everything was well taken care of, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The added security provided extra peace of mind. I would definitely stay here again.

It was great for what I needed it for. Just to help apartment hunt for when I move to the city. There was a place I was always wanting to try around the corner (Shelly’s Bistro) which made it even better. The apartment had a great feel to it. There was a great breeze through out the place air conditioning wasn’t needed.

This condo is beautiful. Lots of space and has everything you need. The location is great. Would highly recommend staying there. Michelle was awesome. She showed us around and was very responsive to questions.

I enjoyed my stay here. The place is very clean and beautiful. I understand why we have be quiet after a current time. You can hear through the wall and into the hall very easily. No one was loud at night though and I had very great sleep on the bed and pillow. It felt like it got rid of my neck pain. The only time I woke was when there were sirens from down low but I'll quickly fell back into slumber. The water pressure is great. The tub is deep enough to have a nice bath even. The gym is a great size and has great equipment. There's a bathroom there as well. Just remember to bring clean indoor shoes. The upstairs common room was very nice. It had vending machines but the other guest block it off with chairs, so it wasn't accessible. There was a pool table as well in there that was fun. The roof top area was beautiful site to see. But no cushions to sit on, they were locked up in storage. I would stay here again in the future, very lovely.

This was my 1st use of airbnb, so I was a little hesitant, having heard mixed reviews from friends. Our experience with Jaimie couldn't have been better! He answered all of my many questions basically immediately. He helped with parking accomodations, a last minute addition of an extra guest, place was wheelchair accessible. He provided excellent very specific instructions before and during stay and for checkout. It made everything so simple! He even made special arrangements with his cleaning person so that we could stay 1 hour longer so we could attend a special event the morning we checked out. I absolutely recommend Jaimie and this place %100! My daughter, who has used airbnb pretty often, said, upon entering the condo "Wow! I wish more of my airbnb's had been this great!" That says it all. Thank you Jaimie!
