We invite you to our place on earth, and literally a little under... where you can comfortably rest, sleep at night and during the day, if you feel like it. We offer a comfortable apartment, unique interior, relaxing bath, comfortable shared bed, a cup of coffee... In winter it is cozy and warm, and in summer it is pleasantly cool. The window in the apartment is technical, it does not provide access to sunlight, so we do not recommend our apartment for longer stays and for people suffering from claustrophobia. Fresh air is provided by the air handling unit. The apartment is located in the very center of Poznań, on level -1 (underground) in a revitalized tenement house in the vicinity of the Old Market Square, the Warta River and the largest shopping centers in Poznań. There is a paid guarded car park in the vicinity, and a car park under the building (paid zone A). We guarantee you a comfortable, discreet stay. We issue VAT invoices. Be our guest!

The apartment is located on the ground floor in the courtyard of a quiet street next to Łukasiewicza Park and the banks of the Warta River. On the ground floor of the tenement house there is a restaurant Plan, where you will have a tasty breakfast and a delicious coffee. 60 meters away in the pastry shop Bezowa you can enjoy elderberry cakes in 50 flavors and other sweets. From here you can quickly walk to the main attractions of the city, such as the Old Market Square (15min), Ostów Tumski with the cathedral (20min), Lake Maltese (15min) , Citadel (25min).

From the building you can easily walk to the main attractions :)
