There is also a loft bedroom accessed by a hidden door with a king size mattress suitable for older children or a couple. Perfect for families, but note there is no enclosed garden.

The Barn is located within the grounds of our Grade 2 listed Cottage and yet is far enough away from the main house to allow our guests privacy. The property offers two luxurious double bedrooms and a modern bathroom with shower and bath. The light and spacious living / kitchen area is fully equipped with all appliances including a dishwasher and provides comfortable seating for all our guests. Guests will receive a welcome pack of goodies on arrival.

Beautiful lakes, gardens, countryside and wildlife.

Our self-contained two storey annexe comes complete with small but well -equipped kitchen, living area, wet room, garden room, 50inch flat screen television and parking. Set in the peaceful village of White Roding, this is the perfect place for a relaxing break.
