For your convenience, two parking spaces are provided in the driveway.

Water Forest Retreat -Octagon

Water Forest retreat is a very private 122ft.² electrified and heated cedar octagon next to a brook on 56 acres of forest with a pond, waterfall, marsh and hiking trails. Cozy up in this quiet comfortable space while listening to Goldmine brook while you sleep. Escape to a secluded custom built tiny house nestled amongst old pines and the Umpachene River. Inside, rustic charm meets modern comfort with 2 lux queen-sized beds, a well-equipped kitchen and bathroom, a massive bedroom forest view and a private sauna. Outside the home you can find a cozy fire-pit, trails that lead down to the river, and a dining table for all your meals. Go out for a day of hiking and exploring, and come back to unwind to sounds of nature.

South Quarter House

Built in the early 1800s, our renovated farm house can accommodate families and friends comfortably. This 1600 square foot home can keep everyone together: three large bedrooms upstairs and an optional fourth downstairs. Large backyard and deck made for outside fun. Two full bathrooms, laundry, large farm table with seating for 10, and a full kitchen. Plenty of options for hiking at or near the house. (Sorry, we are not able to host weddings.)

Cozy Brick House in Chicopee

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. The unit is part of a two family duplex house. You and your family will have the entire unit to yourselves. There are two bedrooms with queen size beds, a living room, kitchen, bathroom, and laundry room. The living room has a TV, fireplace, and Netflix. There is also a fenced in back yard with a patio and outdoor dining area as well as a firepit. The house is also pet-friendly.
