Apartment vacation rentals in Spring

My husband and I stayed here during my yearly visit to MD Anderson. Everything was really clean and the location was really close to all of my appointments. We didn’t have any issues while staying but they messaged every day to make sure we didn’t need anything. One of the easiest check in and check outs we have experienced.

Our stay was very comfortable, peaceful and very quiet. We were looking forward to a quiet getaway and this was the perfect place for that. We were concerned after we made the reservation and found out about the stairs. However there was some very helpful young men in the house upfront. I believe they were Rhonda's children or family members. We appreciated their assistance with our luggage. Orelia

Great place to Stay, Beautiful Area, Safe private, and the apartment was really nice. Everything felt so dreamy here. This was my first time visiting the Houston Area and I am so glad I chose this stay. The surrounding area is super green and beautiful - there are close areas to eat and walk around, Lake Houston was maybe a 10-15 minute drive. The Host was super respectful and responded quickly anytime I sent a message. I carry everywhere I go but I felt pretty safe in this area the whole time even when it was late out. 10/10 would recommend this place to anyone visiting.

Myself and my cousin came to celebrate my birthday for 5 days, we felt right at home the moment we walked in very clean, private gated community, comfortable.

This place looked exactly like the pictures! and the neighborhood has plenty of places to walk to with nice restaurants to try. Definitely will stay here again!

Yolanda Was A Great Host to The Airbnb in Houston TX and The Area was Peace and Quiet.. Also A Great Time for My Cousin's Wedding

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and in a great location. The host was very responsive and made check-in super easy. We came to Houston with our son but also to explore the food scene and the location was perfect. Right in between the food in Chinatown/bellaire and the museums/zoo for family activities. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Place was exactly as described and shown in pics, clean and tidy, very responsive, was very flexible with an early check in and late check out, quiet complex with quiet neighbors, and with the location of place, everything for the most part is within 15-20min driving distance. I Would stay here again.

this air bnb is extremely beautiful affordable luxury complex. safe quiet and convenient to the night life. this unit was very clean, organized, cozy and spacious. Definitely will be staying here every time I come to Houston. 5 stars and highly recommended

Our stay at Gabriel’s place was great! Check in was easy, all instructions were clear. The place was spotless, I loved they had an accessible washer and dryer. Any questions we had the hosts responded in a timely manner. I would recommend

Cozy, clean apartment! The bed and pillows were like sleeping on a cloud LOL. The community is very peaceful and quiet. I would definitely come back to stay at this location.

We absolutely loved this apartment! It was centrally located to everything, literally a 15 min drive to most locations we visited. The apartment are just as the pictures show. It is a quiet neighborhood with great amenities. We loved the gated parking, gazebo and pool. Tavoris was easy to reach & answers promptly . Hands down will book this location in the future. Literally just looked for an upcoming trip and they are BOOKED!

Great stay! Gabriel was really polite and responsive! It smelled clean and look nice! Clean pool and hot tub! Only thing I would say is the tv was kind of small but I also didn’t have my glasses so yea lol, but I would definitely stay again! Thanks again for an awesome stay!

We had a great stay, you do have to download two separate apps but they are easy to navigate and use. I apparently don’t read directions well so when I had a question Brian was quick to respond. Close to the Toyota center and felt safe in the complex. When we visit again his place will be one we look out for.

Everything was great! Tej was more than exceptional on communication after experiencing a few concerns, but she quickly was responsive about it and responded in the most kindly manner. Great host overall and would definitely come back to book here again if I'm ever in the area again.

We would definitely rent this vrbo again. Pam was very accommodating and the rental was very nice and clean. There was a nice patio with table and chairs to sit and enjoy a meal..very peaceful...thank you, Pam!

Vera is great. She really went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable the entire time. The heights is very walkable with lots to do and not far from many trails downtown events. Vera’s property and Airbnb’s are wonderful. Hot tub swimming pool, golf etc. They are really building something awesome there. I highly recommend Vera’s place.
