Lake house vacation rentals in Spring Lake

Having grown up in the area I am very selective as to where I want my family to stay when we come back to visit. Diane’s home was outstanding. Perfect place for me and my kids. 2 minute walk to beach but less noise being off Ocean Avenue at night . Bradley Beach is a quieter town (has the best restaurant in the whole area- Skratch Kitchen and the best bakery- Del Ponte’s- cannoli every morning by 7am) but you can get to thumping Asbury Park in 15 minutes on foot or 5 minutes on a bike. Diane’s home was really comfortable. Plenty of amenities including beach towels, beach chairs (that actually work, not seen all the time) and badges. Plenty of supplies in the house as well. It’s really nice having a basement source for an escape either way couch and shower. The three floors give everyone a place to hang in their own space. Diane is super responsive and will address any issue immediately. Can’t wait to stay there again next time.

Our family had a spectacular time at Kathleen's victorian home. This is porch life at it's best! We had coffee looking over the ocean in the mornings and family dinners on the porches. We sat and read or chatted there in the evenings. Some of us even worked and held our zoom calls from the porches. The beach is just two houses away and has great access to 7th avenue beach where the kids could boogie board. The house itself is huge, tons of space. We had extended family over and it was so comfortable even with our large group. The house has been redone and is very casual-comfy. Air conditioning worked great in all the bedrooms, living room, and dining room. It did not quite do in the kitchen when we were cooking but overall it was manageable. This place is an old-school Belmar charmer! We felt right at home and my family asked to return to this house next year!

Views from the living areas were outstanding. Exactly as pictured. Cool cross breezes in the backyard were perfect. Comfortable spaces The beds were very comfortable. Good size kitchen. Would stay here again!

Immaculate house one block to beach. Very responsive owner, had a problem with the grill and it was quickly replaced. Thank you for sharing your lovely home!

Host was responsive and house was as described. Checking in and out was easy and we appreciated the earlier check in time. Great deck too.

Dan’s home is head and shoulders above anyplace I’ve stayed before. It is beautifully designed and curated with ‘top of the line’ finishes, decor, cooking essentials and no detail is overlooked. Spotlessly clean and organized- with guests relaxation encouraged. He has thoughtfully placed beautiful books, a telescope for stargazing, binoculars for birdwatching, turn table for ‘rockin’out’ (album collection on hand) this is Asbury after- all. He was a fantastic host and always friendly and responsive- My dream home and kitchen

My family loved staying here with plenty of room for 3 generations of adults to relax and visit over the holidays . The kitchen was well equipped to make a light meal or enjoy dinner in. So many interesting shops and eateries in Ocean Grove and Asbury Park were a short walk from the house. Plenty of towels, linens. We saw lots of beach chairs, umbrellas and toys but it was winter so didn’t use them (but if you visit the house in the summer, rest assured, it is well stocked). We did enjoy sitting on the pretty front porch in the afternoon sun and walk on the beach. My family has already asked me to reserve again for next year 😊. Katrina was a responsive host, everything was exactly as pictured in the posting and spotless.

Bethany’s place at Ocean Grove/Neptune Township was awesome! This was a last minute thing and she was very flexible, understood the situation that we were going through as the previous host in Manahawkin, NJ dropped the ball on me & my family on the same day of the check-in. Her home was more than what we expected, we held our small Wedding Ceremony outside the very next day on her property. I would definitely come back again at this very location and/or other properties. Bethany replies to you promptly, she is friendly, welcoming, treats you with kindness, professionalism and respect. Truly the best the host so far and trying out AirBnB for the first time.

Olivia Sara was very communicative with my friends and I when we stayed for a long weekend. Wanted us to enjoy our stay and made that possible even offered to bring extra sheets or anything we needed.

I really enjoyed staying with John and Maria. Their house has a lot of character, and chatting with them was fun and interesting. The location was perfect. I would be happy to stay with them again!

The host was very responsive. The instructions made the unit easy to find. There was coffee and a keurig machine. If you forgot soap, shampoo, towels and lotion they were all provided in the bathroom. And there were board games for us to play! We wish we could’ve stayed longer 10/10!

Clean, very well stocked, great location with parking. Had more amenities than we expected…too many to list and I don’t want to spoil the surprises;) Perfect for our family. We have 2 boys (12&14) and a small dog. It might not be suitable for very young children or much older/bigger. We brought our own beach towels as per previous review. Milton provided everything we needed up front but the one time we needed something he was quick to respond and solve. Neighborhood is walkable & bikable, friendly, close to beach, restaurants and parks. Price was fair with market imo. Would definitely rent again!

Amazing location, pristine house with everything you could possibly need for a stay at the beach. Just bring your bathing suit and show up they have all your beach going needs. The host is awesome and lives nearby and is extremely communicative. Small space overall but enough to fit a group (especially cause you’re at the beach what’s the point of sitting inside). Highly recommend.

We loved everything about our stay! Raquel and Carlos were amazing! Also you just melt into the beds! Cannot wait to rebook!!

Andrew is a wonderful host and is very easy to communicate with. The home is beautiful and within walking distance to great restaurants and the beach/boardwalk.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Pat’s cottage. The location was incredible as we had access to beach, restaurants and all Bay Head has to offer.

We had a great stay here and Kevin was incredibly responsive and friendly. His place was very clean upon arrival and was great for a short trip!

It was really nice and the lake was just so beautiful, it was clean and comfortable inside I’m definitely planing to go back
