Cozy 2-room apartment near the Baltic Sea

Small quiet apartment in the countryside. Franzburg is more a sleepy place with an ice cream shop, Edeka, Sparkasse and pharmacy and does not offer much touristy. Here you should definitely be mobile, as it is a good starting point for day trips in all directions. The Baltic Sea with beautiful beaches on the Darss can be reached after about 40 minutes. The city of Stralsund and the Rügenauffahrt can be reached in about 30 minutes. The well-equipped apartment contains a small kitchen-living room, a bedroom and a bathroom. This includes a parking space, (a balcony ) and use of the Wi-Fi. Towels and made-up beds are provided upon arrival. If required, an extra bed can be made for a child at no extra charge.

It is adjacent to the house, which we as a family with children live on an old three-sided courtyard. Quiet, bright and friendly apartment on the second floor in the center of Greifswald. Large rooftop terrace on the third floor with views over the rooftops. Theatre, cinema, museum harbor, zoo and train station within walking distance. The market square with its brick-style gable houses around the corner, the Pomeranian State Museum too. This is an animal-free non-smoking household. Therefore, animals are unfortunately not welcome. There is no smoking in the apartment.

I offer a beautiful 2-room apartment (40sqm) in a quiet residential area. Only 8 km away is the city center of Stralsund. Other attractive destinations such as Rügen, Usedom and Darss will suit day trips. For an infant up to about 3 years old, there is a travel cot. An older child can sleep in the living room (sleeping couch). Vacation with dog by prior arrangement. There is a lockbox for a flexible check in. I would be happy to greet my guests in person.
