Clean and safe. I was without a car, so I needed a place that was walkable and had access to a few amenities. Location is right near the Trout Brook Trail system which was terrific. The room/space is accessed through the kitchen of the main house so there is a bit of overlap with the owner, but it was never an issue and I always felt welcomed. Gaby is super easy going and very respectful of her guests. Would recommend staying here, especially if you’re a single female looking for a safe area.

My husband and I enjoyed staying with Debra. The bed was comfy and the room and bathroom very clean. Debra added a little something extra to our coffee tray each morning: some chocolates, an apple, etc. The personal touches were nice. When she found out it was my birthday, a sweet, homemade card was waiting by the room when we returned for the evening. The house is interesting and in a great location. The pictures are accurate, and Debra friendly and attentive. The pricing was reasonable. We would definitely stay with Debra again.

Fairly nice place! The room and bathroom were just as described, although the bedroom lock took a little bit to figure out. It was nice that there was parking in the back, although the lot was full of other vehicles and what looked like discarded items. The bed was super comfy, and we appreciated the personalized welcome sign + water.
