Il terrazzo è delimitato da piante mediterranee che esaltano ancor più la vista mozzafiato sul mare della Pelosa e sull'isola Asinara. Per raggiungere la spiaggia a piedi si impiegano circa 5 minuti.

La meravigliosa spiaggia della Pelosa dove il mare anche in giornate ventose è sempre calmo come una piscina è a 150 metri. Particolarmente adatta a bambini piccoli perchè i due giardini, di complessivi 300 mq sono cintati. I posti letto sono 2 nella matrimoniale con aria condizionata, 2 nel divano letto del salone, e 2 nel letto a castello della cameretta. C'è il posto auto privato. IUN P4750 L.Reg.
