Independent accommodation in a small residence. Complete with everything, we just changed the bed and mattress and added a new sofa bed. Recently built, class C with excellent thermal and acoustic performance. Our house is located in a wonderful and quiet residence nestled in the typical rock of Capo Falcone. The view is on the beautiful sea of the furry beach. Inside the residence you can leave the car without problems and walk to the sea in 5 minutes or the cliff behind the house that offers the possibility of both swimming in a landscape that seems almost lunar. We also have a new condominium pool open from mid-June to mid-September!!
