The "Villa Mauro" vacation home is located in Calasetta, a short walk from the beach. The 200 m² property consists of a living room, 2 kitchens, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 8 people. The vacation home boasts a private outdoor space with a garden, a covered terrace, a barbecue, and an outdoor shower. The property is located right in front of Sottotorre beach. All essential services are within walking distance. There are 4 parking spaces available on the property

Set in the countryside and surrounded by unspoiled nature, it offers peace and privacy while staying close to the sea. Every year we focus on improving our guests’ comfort. For 2026, we completely renovated the kitchen and added a dishwasher and a large fridge, plus an automatic gate at the entrance for easier access.

The 2-storey property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for one person, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 7 people. Additional amenities include a TV, air conditioning as well as a washing machine. A baby cot and a high chair are also available.
