It is composed of a ground floor with a living area of about 50 square meters, a large bathroom, and a bedroom. On the first floor, there are two double bedrooms with large windows overlooking the sea, with air conditioning, TV, minibar and a second bathroom.

The vacation home boasts a private outdoor space with a garden, a covered terrace, a barbecue, and an outdoor shower. The property is located right in front of Sottotorre beach. All essential services are within walking distance. There are 4 parking spaces available on the property

For 2026, we completely renovated the kitchen and added a dishwasher and a large fridge, plus an automatic gate at the entrance for easier access.
