According to article 83 of the City Council, local authorities require a city tax from any tourist over 10 years old visiting the city. The tax is collected during the check-in procedure. This apartment was lovingly restored in 2018 for our friends and family to stay in (we live about 1 minute away) and when they are not visiting we offer it through airbnb. Situated in one of Venice's most charming districts this beautiful apartment offers a comfortable and private stay. We have lived in Venice for 15 years and have a hand book in the house which includes our favourite places to eat, drink and see. We hope that you will come and love the city as much as we do.
