Beautiful and stylish accommodation. The house had everything you could want or need for a home away from home. Exceptional attention to detail and exceptional cleanliness. Lovely welcome hamper, including a delicious cake!! which was appreciated after a long day travelling. Great location with spectacular views from the roof top terrace. Easy access to a lovely beach. Would highly recommend.

Our stay was truly something else and has definitely raised the bar for an Airbnb stay. The property was maintained in pristine condition, from the garden to the impeccable level of cleanliness that exceeded our expectations. The home’s appearance SURPASSED the already appealing photographs, a very inviting space. We were particularly delighted by the inclusion of a dryer, the thoughtful provision of beach essentials, and a TV in each room. The nearby town offered a great town square, featuring an array of excellent dining options, alongside a lively nighttime atmosphere (kid friendly). This property is highly recommended for a memorable stay!

Villa directly on the sea, in front of a beautiful beach. The apartment is on the side of the villa but the private terrace, with grill, is facing the sea. The apartment is quite cool and the kitchen, although small, is well equipped. Good mattress. A great place to stay both for exploring the beaches in the area and for relaxing on the beach in front of the house.

Beautiful house in a beautiful place

Wow, just wow. Every detail covered with nothing but comfort and relaxation in mind for guests. Absolutely everything we needed for our baby and toddler. Very clear instructions on operating all amenities. Walkable to beach was great. The Spa experience was simply out of this world. And the host was so sweet and thoughtful. Travelling 2+ months in Italy and this was our fav spot. Highly recommend.

The house was a gem - nestled in a quite area of south sardinia. Paulo was easily one of the best airbnb hosts we've ever had. The house was extremely well equipped with a full kitchen and all other amenities. One could send that a lot of personal touch and thought was put into every detail. Paulo even helped us deal with some hippcups we had during our stay ! The icing on the cake was the private tour on the daily boat ! All in all , one of the best stays we've had . 5/5 !

Simone and Erika’s house is beautiful, spacious, clean, by the sea, big garden. A perfect relaxing place for holidays close to nice beaches. We would of like to have all the rules before arrival as there are quite a few and if you don’t follow all the rules you would get charged extra €€, i understand they need to put some rules but maybe for the next host better to send them before arrival. We had a fantastic stay! The apartment was exactly as described—very clean, nicely decorated, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable holiday. I highly recommend renting a car if you want to explore the area—there’s so much to see, and having your own transport makes it easy to get around. Marina and Enrico were incredibly kind and helpful, always available if we needed anything, and made us feel very welcome. Would definitely stay here again—highly recommended!

Fantastic place to spend time , went above and beyond expectations. If you have children you could not ask for more , the place is packed with toys and games my youngest child had the best week of his life and my eldest had fun aswell there is really something for everyone .

We are considering booking this again same time next year.

Wonderful hosts, very friendly and responsive. Lovely people and stunning place. Peaceful place to recharge from daily hustle. Can recommend to have some Italian plate of local cheese, ham and olives with red wine during sunset time - it was amazing. Refreshing at local sight la grotta in walking distance was exceptional as well. Come here! The Host Carola was also very flexible and always there for us. Great contact!

Alessia, Paulo and family were AMAZING!!! Their beautiful spirits and lovely recommendations were wonderful!!! They are the most welcoming hosts and the breakfasts are spectacular!!! The place was very clean and well maintained. Everything necessary was in the kitchen and otherwise available. The proximity to the beach is perfect and the community is very well maintained. There is also a community pool that can be used for 2 euros/adult. In the afternoon, it is nice and shady. The contact with Concetta and her husband Franco was very nice, helpful and quickly accessible. Arrival and departure were straightforward.

We felt very comfortable in the lovingly furnished house and the view is awesome. Communication with Gabriele is straightforward and fast. The house was best suited for groups of 8 or 9 people.

What a beautiful home! Absolutely charming inside with all amenities you could hope for. The gardens and pool were wonderful and my 3 girls loved taking their breakfast up to the roof terrace. But without doubt the location is beyond stunning. A short stroll to a beautiful beach perfect for swimming and Snorkeling. The town is a 7 minute drive away, with shops and restaurants. Truly we could not have asked for a more perfect stay. Nicolette was very kind, waiting for our very late arrival, greeting us with snacks and water and sending a comprehensive list of things to do in the area. We can't wait to come back! x

Very good Airbnb - clean, great host, comfortable beds and extremely close to some magnificent beaches!

Tita Villa is a beautiful and very well-equipped house located in the prestigious Is Morus compound – a peaceful and secure area, perfect for relaxed walks among pine trees and holiday homes. While the compound has its own beach access, we personally preferred the nearby beach at Santa Margherita di Pula – absolutely stunning! The villa itself was spotless and had everything we needed for a perfect holiday. Communication with Lorenzo was super easy and quick, and self-check-in was smooth and straightforward. He’s been an excellent and very kind host throughout our stay. We can 100% recommend Tita Villa and would love to come back in the future!

We had a relaxing week, right on the beach

The place was very nice and exactly as described. The handover worked smoothly, and the location close to the beach was simply fantastic. Clear recommendation!

A special thank you to Mario and Francesca for their hospitality. They met all our requests quickly and effectively. The house is very comfortable and functional, with a beautiful and cool veranda. Having a similar sea a few meters from the house makes everything special. We'll be back

The ALMAR condo in Poetto was exactly what we were looking for while staying in Cagliari. Immaculate living quarters and a great location for our stay. Daniela was a wonderful host who was very helpful snd friendly. Would absolutely stay at the condo again should we find ourselves back in Cagliari!

The place is located right above one of the most beautiful beaches in the area. The area is quiet and clean. There are sun beds, beach umbrella and mosquitoes nets.

From check in to check out Silvia was an incredible host! She was so helpful and kind and gave us a lot of recommendations on things to do in the area and places to dine at. Our stay was perfect - we were close to the beach and other walkable activities, the house was impeccably clean, relaxing, and spacious. We are so thankful to have stayed here, it was exactly what we were looking for at the end of our trip - a place to relax and feel right at home while we soaked up the sun and took in the beautiful surroundings! I highly recommend staying at Silvia's place! If we are lucky enough to return to Sardinia in the future, we hope we are able to stay here again! Grazie mille, Silvia! :)
