Cozy home surrounded by nature, near SAP

My house was built in the southern French style in 2007 and exudes vacation flair. The apartment is located in the basement, has its own entrance and small terrace area facing east. In the large room there is a kitchen, dining area and bedroom in one, but pleasantly divided. Reading material and a backgammon game for entertainment are available here as well as Netflix. A small hallway with closet and desk leads to a spacious bathroom with walk-in shower. Here you will also find a bathrobe, yoga mat and utensils that you just need :-) (shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, sewing kit, tampons, disposable razors, tissues, hand mirror, hair dryer). The house is surrounded by a cozy garden with plenty of seating. The large courtyard in the south is also available to my guests with a lounge group, a grill and hammock. Here you can switch off and relax in peace. I am very happy to provide information, answer questions, fetch rolls and fulfill small wishes. Rettigheim is surrounded by forest, meadows and beautiful vineyards. A baker, hairdresser, grocery store and inns can be found right in the village. You can hike to Malsch and the pilgrimage chapel on the Letzenberg, or spend the day at the gliding field, the golf course or the zoo. The beautiful Odenwald is also just a stone's throw away, or how about a romantic trip to Speyer? If you want to shop, you should definitely go to Mannheim. Rettigheim is a small village with ideal highway connections to the A5 and A6. Heidelberg, Speyer, Mannheim, Karlsruhe can be reached in 30 minutes by car. This also works well by S-Bahn every half hour from Rot/Malsch train station. The bus stop is a 3-minute walk from us around the corner. You can also ride a bike to SAP St.Leon-Rot via a direct, paved road through meadows and fields in 10-15 minutes. The surroundings are very quiet, close to nature and yet well connected to cities such as Heidelberg, Speyer, Mannheim, Sinsheim and Karlsruhe.

Our cozy, bright penthouse apartment is a place of relaxation close to the city center (about 5 km to the center). The separate apartment consists of a bedroom, living-dining area (two-seater, TV, seating area) as well as a private small shower room with toilet and a beautiful garden with seating area. Exam preparations are possible without problems, as it is very quiet with us. Training centers are nearby: occupational therapy, hearing aid acousticians about 5 min.University 15 min. Quiet apartment, 45 m², in a completely renovated house, built in 1850, in the middle of the historic old town of Ladenburg. Cozy and furnished to feel good. Restaurants and cafes are right outside the front door. The Neckar and the train station are within walking distance. Heidelberg and Mannheim can easily be reached in about 15 minutes by train. Bikes can be stored in the courtyard, where you can also sit nicely in the summer. For loading and unloading, the car can be parked right in front of the house.

Our beautiful, spacious 3-room apartment. Apartment (not a 5-star hotel) is located in a quiet residential area with village charm. Within a 15-minute walk from the Rhine, the local recreation area "Blaue Adria" is about 2 km away and is ideal to reach by bicycle. Directly along the Rhine are beautiful bike paths towards Speyer or Ludwigshafen and a ferry goes every 15 minutes to Mannheim (Mon-Sun 5.30 am - 10 pm). In about 300 m distance there is a supermarket, bakery with cafe and an ice cream cafe.
