We offer our tiny house, attached to the main house. It has a kitchen, a bathroom with shower, a sleeping alcove that can be reached via a ladder and a great view of horses, dogs and an aviary of chickens. The cottage is in the south of Speyer in a COMMERCIAL AREA and can be rented from a minimum of 2 nights are booked. Close to the riverside forest and only 5 minutes by car or 20-30 minutes by foot from the cathedral and the city center. There is a bus stop nearby. Wi-Fi is available, but very, very bad.

Small cozy bright attic apartment in Speyer

Since our tenant only needs the apartment a few days a year, you can book it. It is on the 3rd floor, which means there are 1 x 5 steps and 3 x 15 steps to manage. We have installed 3 ceiling fans. Currently the one in the living room is defective, This is a non-smoking apartment!!! There is a covered smoking corner behind the house where you can also sit comfortably. If someone wants to lock up or charge a bicycle or motorcycles, we have a lockable garage with power connection.

I booked for my aunt. This was very warmly welcomed and felt very comfortable right away. Room and bathroom very tastefully decorated. Even a coffee machine and of course coffee, filters, etc. are there. The room has direct access to the terrace, which can be shared. View of the paradise garden. The apartment offers plenty of space for 4 people and is very bright. Everything was extremely clean and tidy. Especially great were the toys, puzzles and board games for the children as well as the provided high chair, changing mat and diaper pail. Due to the proximity to the highway, it is a bit noisy with the windows open. However, when the windows are closed, you can hear it much less. The contact with Tobias was very nice and prompt.

We had a wonderful stay at the Tinyhouse! Everything was exactly as described – very clean, well equipped and lovingly furnished. The three of us felt completely comfortable. We lacked nothing in the kitchen, and the bathroom was surprisingly spacious. The garden and surroundings are quiet and idyllic – perfect for switching off. There are beautiful bathing lakes and nice restaurants nearby.

After the long drive, Heidi warmly welcomed me and helped me with my things. I immediately felt very comfortable and welcome. The location is very central, yet I found it quiet. Heidi provided me with all the information and was always there for questions and tips. She is a host who really cares about making her guests feel as good as possible. I'd love to come back!
