elissavet is the Airbnb host you hope for. She is incredibly kind and goes above and beyond to make sure you are at home in her beautiful apartment. At the time of my arrival, I didn’t realize it but my finger was bleeding, she saw this, and went to get me a bandage and patch me up. While I only stayed one night, she stood out as the best host with the most charming accommodation on the entire trip throughout Greece (with great other hosts and stays to be sure).
