Our home is located in beautiful neighborhood. We love our view. House has 3 bedrooms ( two bedrooms have king beds and one bedroom has two queen beds), also have two futons in living room that can be used as full size beds. This home was remodeled by my husband and me and were constantly adding new ideas to it. however, we do not tolerate any kind of wild parties that include hard liquor or smoking. absolutely no smoking in the house the wood in house will peneteate the smell.

Our 20 acre farm gives you plenty of room to enjoy the outdoors and get back to nature. Relax and rejuvenate in our traditional Finnish sauna and outdoor shower. Take a walk through our wooded trail and visit the goats and pigs. Enjoy the covered front porch, fire pit, and grill.

Situated in a 3+ acre gated compound surrounded on three sides by Fairforest Creek, our guest house feels like a mountain hideaway yet it's only a 3 minute drive to downtown Spartanburg. Enjoy the private patio overlooking the creek to relax or prepare a meal on the gas grill. Dogs are welcome, and we have 2 very social dogs that you will probably encounter during your stay. No loud events and no cars in and out. 4 car most. Beautifully remodelled home with stainless appliances aross golf course. Two full bathrooms. Each room includes a pillowtop king mattress. Our place is in queit neighborhood and we need to keep it like that. We also have corft state park 5 minutes from our house where you can go kayaking. NO ALCOHOLIC PARTING TOLERATED OR DRUGS
