Vacation rentals with a patio in Spanish Valley

Very convenient to downtown Moab. We walked to many restaurants and shops, which was perfect because parking is sparse downtown. Clean and modern accommodations. Very responsive host! Blackout shades would have been the icing on the cake but we slept well regardless!

My wife and I have stayed at numerous Airbnbs in several states over the past few years and this is the absolute best! Check in was very easy. We simply checked in at the hotel check in desk and received our keys. There were no codes or instructions. The condo was immaculate! Every aspect was clean and tidy. The appliances were all very new and of up-graded quality. The dishes, glasses, cups and flatware are all of the highest quality and there was more than enough. The bed was extremely comfortable and the linens were exceptional. The decor is contemporary and tasteful. And an added bonus was the air hockey table! If you are traveling to Moab to go to Arches and Canyonlands, the location is perfect. It’s only five minutes to Arches and forty minutes to Canyonlands. Joy is a great host! She was very responsive and always positive. I cannot say enough great things about our experience!

This spot was in a great location- close to lots of restaurants and things to do in Moab. Everything inside was very comfortable and worked well for a group of 3 people.

A great place with a ton of sleeping space between the two bedrooms and four large bunks in the main room. Hot tubs, one block off the main strip, and ample parking right outside the door.

Nice place, 1st floor. Hard to find trailer parking at some places and as stated we could park our trailer and jeep along outside curb, which was right outside condo. Clean and comfortable. Good supply of kitchen items,was able to cook meals when we wanted. Definitely would recommend and stay here again

Clean comfortable space that matched the listing, convenient to Arches and Canyonlands National Park. Comfortable bed! Hosts were quick and responsive to address minor issue during our stay.

Great place! Clean and relaxing. Very close to downtown, restaurants, and hiking. Perfect for two couples, grill outside made for a wonderful cookout with an amazing view.

Our group had a great stay in Moab and would definitely stay here again! We really enjoyed the back yard fire pit! Having private bathrooms for most of the rooms worked out amazing!

Sally's house was lovely, very well appointed and equipped. Very clean. The beds were comfortable, and it was located in a very quiet street. We did feel the photos were a bit misleading with the kitchen/living room space, a lot smaller than what we were expecting, and the upstairs bathroom is a jack and jill so not ideal for sharing with another couple. The second bathroom is downstairs so was a bit of a trek in the night.

Great place. Just like the photos. So clean and well-organized. Lots of little extras. Loved the large washer and dryer, welcome book with local recommendations, plenty of towels, comfy beds. The resort pool was great. Kids loved the bunk room. Great location for exploring Arches and Canyonlands. We travel often and stay at rentals frequently, and this one is top notch. Highly recommend. Wish we were able to stay longer and would definitely book again.

Brandie’s place was great for a family vacation. For us, it was a nice escape after busy days of exploring. We cooked while the kids played in the pool. Honestly, the kids couldn’t get enough of the pool. The neighborhood was very quiet since we wanted to escape the hustle of downtown Moab. It’s about 15 minutes south of downtown so close but not too close. All of the guests said they would come back to this house.

We loved this property and the beautiful views of Moab’s surroundings. It was so quiet and peaceful but still only minutes from downtown Moab and a short drive to Arches. The property was immaculate, and well equipped with all the necessities for our stay. Alan was very helpful and quickly responded to our questions regarding TV streaming and we worked it all out quickly. It was a wonderful stay and we will be returning again.

We absolutely loved our stay at this house. It was very clean and organized! Jennifer was extremely helpful with any questions we had! The kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed with nice quality items! Our grandkids favorite part,however;was the back patio where they enjoyed making s’mores playing games and getting in the hot tub while we grilled hamburgers on the nice grill out there! We go to Moab usually once a year and will make this our destination in the future!

Perfect home base for a week of rafting, hiking, mountain biking, and climbing. Property was as described and was quite comfortable for a group of 5. Wi-fi a bit spotty on the second floor, but that's a minor quibble. Go out and enjoy Moab!

We really enjoyed our stay in the condo! So clean and spacious for our family of 7. We would definitely stay there again! It was very close to Mild to Wild tours and super close to the Arches National Park which was great for us visiting early in the day and then having the opportunity to go back at sunset!

Wonderful location. Quiet. Easy check-in & check-out. Perfect size for a family. Great layout, clean & felt very “at home”. I would definitely stay here again & recommend to others.

The place was very nice and roomy. It was also very clean. They had all the essentials needed. The kids loved the air hockey and pool/hot tub. It was nice to sit on the balcony and have coffee in the morning. Jacob was very responsive with communication. I would highly recommend.

We had a lovely stay at the house. It’s very spacious and well equipped. The kitchen had everything for cooking including grilling. Cleaning items (laundry pods, dryer sheets, and dishwasher detergent) are included. Easy drive to town and access to Arches and Canyonlands. The hot tub was clean and we found the host to be very helpful and responsive. Would definitely recommend for anyone visiting the area.

We enjoyed our stay. These seem to be pretty new homes and they are spotless. The pool was a nice to have with the kids after a long day our in the heat. Deyette was friendly and responsive to any questions. We would definitely stay here again.

From the moment we walked in, my family was saying, "WOW!! "This place is GREAT!" Look at the mountains! Check out how much silverware there is! (said the mom!) Man, the couch is so comfy! (said the dad!) -- and on and on! Heidi's place is a TREAT! Absolutely every need was met -- from a well-supplied kitchen, a large enough dining table for all eight of us, a whisper quiet dishwasher, a full bath on the first floor and two on the second floor, one of which is a luxurious master bath (so lovely that everyone wanted to share!). Also upstairs is a very nicely supplied laundry room -- and a surprise upstairs balcony! There are BIKES and a COOLER that saved the day for us in the garage and, did I mention -- beautiful views from every window. The dad thought the window over the master tub was actually a painting at first! Nope -- just a GORGEOUS view. This location is PERFECT -- I'm sure it is the best in town. I can't rave enough about this beautiful home. If it's available -- GRAB IT!!
