Living room, dining area and kitchen in one room, 1 bathroom with shower and washing machine, 2 bedrooms with 2 beds each. Towels and beds are included in the price and beds are made on arrival. 2 parking space. There is a large terrace facing west, and paving stones in the entrance area. Part of the outdoor area is still under renovation.

Hytten er godt isolert og har en vedovn klar til bruk.Hytten består ellers av et lite kjøkken,toalett,ett soverom og hems med dobbel seng. Sovesofa med plass til 2 i stuen.Uteområdet inneholder et stort spisebord, bålpanne og en hengekøye. Nedenfor hytta er det et vann hvor det er satt ut 8 kano som en kan låne gratis,samt en gapahuk med grillmuligheter.

Great and idyllic, architect-designed boat house that was completed in 2018. New furniture, beds and equipment. Exciting loft for kids and unique master bedroom with views to both the sea and boat rooms. With mattresses on the floor of the loft, there is room for 10 people in total in the boathouse. New and safe boat, Øien 620F (40hp) can be rented for NOK 800 per day.
