My house is situated in beutifull town in small distance from Bratislava.(20min) Area is very private with all new-build houses around, very close to vineyards and woods close by. It' s suitable for 6people. Downstairs area consists from one large open living area with large sofa, television and kitchen with all equipments, dishwasher,fridge-freezer,oven,microwave and all electrical appliances needed. Upstairs have 3 large bedrooms. Every bedroom have a smart TV. One Bathroom with bath,shower,toilet and washing machine. The house is perfect for larger families,group of people,couples or alone travelers for holiday or business trip, good for few-days stay, longer stay. Outside have a large garden with small swimming-pool,large patio with BBQ grill,lovely sitting area for summer days.

Excellent location for holidays: mountain hiking in Malé Karpaty; cycling (numerous paths to the country side); swimming in local lake. City of Brezová pod Bradlom (Košariská) is known also as a birthplace of the greatest Slovak – M. R. Štefánik, whose exceptional monument is located 3 kilometres from the flat.

The house is situated in the back if our yard, separated by trees and garden from our family house, to maintain your privacy. We offer a newly renovated family home with new furniture, full amenities, a spacious yard, and parking spots. The house has a separate access from Pútnická street. Suitable for 1 - 4 people. It has a bedroom with a double and single bed. For relaxation, there is a gazebo with sitting by the grill. The accommodation is in the center of Modranka, which has great access to the center of Trnava or the D1/R1 motorway connection.
