Kick back and relax in this very calm, stylish space. Very nice cottage in a quiet environment with plenty of hiking trails. We will be on hand to welcome you and provide information about the area. This cottage is close to Moulins (20 km) Souvigny (8 km) Vichy (50 km) Bourbon l'Archambault (15 km) Le Pal (40 km). Cottage with living room (living room, dining room, kitchen) 26 m2 and a bathroom 7 m2. Two bedrooms, 1x double bed 160 x 200, 1x two beds 90 x 200 or twin beds 180 x 200

Cheerful house

The house was built of former horse stables and will surprise it with many pretty details. The house is very comfortably furnished: on the ground floor there is a well-equipped open kitchen with dining area as well as a comfortable living room with TV/DVD. Everything is spacious, open and cozy designed. On the upper floor are two bedrooms with a private bathroom, either with shower or bathtub. In addition, there are two outdoor seating areas with barbecue facilities.

The house, in the countryside, is a 6-minute drive to downtown Moulins where you will find everything you need: supermarket, bakery, train station, museum... The Le Pal amusement park is 30 minutes away. For nature lovers, they will find themselves in a 5-minute walk on the banks of the Allier on sandy beaches. This small independent house, renovated in the spirit of the countryside and cocooning, is ideal for a night or a weekend as a couple to recharge.
