Spend the day kayaking, walking or cycling in the mountains, enjoying the largest spa in Portugal (20 mins), & exploring historic villages and cities, then come home to relax in a hammock in the orchard, soak up views from the bath, or chillout to vintage vinyl. We live on site, but the apartment is totally private, being the whole upper floor & with own entrance.

Our luxury one bedroom guest house includes a king-sized bed with organic linens, bathroom with rain shower, antique fireplace, spacious patio, and a fully equipped kitchen. Just steps away is a 15x4m saltwater pool with outdoor kitchen and bathroom. The house is carefully curated with the very best of sustainable Portuguese design, providing guests with a taste of the country’s craftsmanship and growing commitment to ethical living.

Quinta dos Avós Lourenço Farm

Quinta dos Avós Lourenço is ideal for those looking for rest, nature and privacy. The house is rented entirely and has 4 bedrooms, a bathroom, living room, fully equipped kitchen and laundry area. The outdoor space is fenced, furnished and exclusive for guests. Set within a 3-hectare farm, you can enjoy contact with animals, orchards and green areas in a peaceful and authentic rural setting. Traditional breakfast available as an optional extra (€9per person/day), with fresh regional bread.

The property is safe, with security cameras, but no fence surrounding it.

A calm and tranquil place where you can enjoy nature and observe the local fauna, through walks through the pine forest, or choose to follow the stream to its source. You can also relax in our pool. Ideal for relaxing with family or friends. We accept all animals. The farm, Chalet, garden and swimming pool are for the exclusive use of the guests.

If you're in the mood for nature, relaxation or outdoor activities... Casa Raposa's lodges are made for you. Our 30m2 lodge is a large open-plan living area with a bedroom, lounge and kitchenette. The bathroom is enclosed for added privacy :) Enjoy a 20m2 south-facing terrace all day long. A morning snack is included in the price (fresh bread, jam, butter, coffee, tea, orange juice).
