This cozy home, with a surf shack vibe, is nestled in a woodsy dune, allowing for privacy while being close in proximity to the beach and all of the fun of OBX! If you are looking for an alternative to the typical OBX beach home, Bula is chock full of character and simplicity, taking you back in time for a vintage vacation feel. Beach passes included for private guarded beach.

Tide Pool features an industrial-chic aesthetic of concrete floors, soaring 9-foot ceilings, large windows, and designer furniture. Notice the light fixtures salvaged from cargo ships and float in the luxurious private pool with glass tile and designer finishes. The outdoor living area is perfect for relaxing in the shade. The large covered area has a grill and hot tub nearby. The pool is Heated/Cooled by heat pump and is open April through October. You have the whole house and yard.

Sunrise Surf House is right across the street from the ocean, with great views! The access to the ocean is only 2 houses away. Our large pool will have free heat starting the end of April -mid October. . We also have a 6 person hot tub on the pool deck, closed Jan/Feb. Family and dog friendly! (See House Rules). We are centrally located 3 houses away from Southern Shores Crossing Shopping Center, where you can walk to dining, pizza, ice cream, shopping, and even an escape room.

This delightful cottage is sure to be a family favorite. It has sweeping ocean views from almost every room in the house. Its rooms are bright and airy with beautiful artwork spread throughout. This home has been in our family for 50 years and we have always felt that it is the perfect beach cottage. This summer we installed a pool and couldn't ask for anything more. It truly is the icing on the cake! A perfect place to come and relax on a summer vacation.
