Park on the right side (stone pad on the right side ) and walk around outside shower on the right side. Walk up the stair and walk right into the brand new apartment. Owner of the house reside in the main house on the other side. We have 2 children but there is a good separation between two spaces for privacy. Family oriented neighborhood, so no Parties and loud music permitted, after 9 p.m.

This 1 bedroom stand alone apt is incredible, its tucked into a unique space thats totally private yet close to all the northern Outer Banks has to offer. It has two large decks and 1 has views of the ocean. Follow the grass driveway to the street and walk 100ft to the ocean. You will not find a more well thought out space for 2 people than this spot. *There may be some construction noise during the day next door at the main house for the last two weeks of June and first week of July.

This is a true {mid-century modern} historic and classic cottage. It was built in 1956 by Frank Stick. Frank was a local artist and developer and started the “flat-top” movement in Southern Shores. We have worked hard to modernize this classic and bring it back to life with some fun twists! The porch is our favorite feature. It is 1200 sq feet of screened in, relaxing bliss. Outside family dinners and corn hole tournaments are our family’s way of relaxing at this sweet cottage!

There is a private back yard and an outside shower. 2 parking spaces for guests.
