Vacation home rentals in Southern Maine Coast

This was a great rental! The location is amazing--not only because of the proximity to town, but even within the complex--the deck overlooks trees and a little pond. It was quiet and peaceful. The mountain themed decor is perfect and the unit is open and spacious. The rental had all the necessary amenities and Maria is a great host! She responded super fast to questions and made sure I had everything I needed. Thank you Maria!

Brian’s house is a great place to stay for a larger group, the space is very spacious and comes fully stocked with everything you’d need. Location is close to the beach and offered great views.

I visited New Hampshire for a month for work, and believe me I couldn’t wait to get to the apartment to relax with the sea view. Too beautiful.

Lyn was AMAZING! Her place was beautiful everyone around was so friendly and welcoming! We were in the perfect location for everything we wanted and the sounds of the river were amazing. We also brought our pup who was welcomed by all the neighbors as well! We will for sure be back! Lyn was great about if we needed anything as well such a paper towels and cleaning supplies and toilet paper. She was always willing to drop off anything needed. Great location. Great place. Great people! Thanks again! We will be back!

This was a wonderful place to stay! The space is huge - it was so nice that with our group of 7 we could all have our own bed. The kitchen was perfect for cooking meals with everything we could need. We also appreciated the soap, shampoo & conditioner in the showers and that there were more than enough towels for all of us. The cabin felt pretty private and it was lovely being surrounded by so many trees. We unfortunately weren’t able to use the community center amenities because we ran out of time but it was nice that they were available. Thank you for a great weekend!

A gorgeous house with beautiful views in a remote location. Excellent for a break from everything. The home had the most amenities I’ve ever seen. We even cooked a couple meals just to stay in and relax. This is a perfect paradise whether skiing or mountain biking or nothing!

If you need to stay here, trust me you don’t feel like getting out of this place as there are a lot of things to do here. It’s close to nature and peaceful stay. Michelle was quite flexible and good when it comes to things getting done! We were a group of 12 and everyone loved the place! I would highly recommend this place!

We had such a lovely time at Kellee and Hermann’s home! It was exactly what we needed for a long weekend away from the city - peaceful, cozy, comfortable, in a beautiful setting close to town. The entire house was spotless and all instructions were super clear. Not to mention Kellee and Hermann being such kind and responsive hosts. We would definitely stay here again - perfect for all seasons!!!

What a peaceful getaway! This apartment is so cozy and homey and Maureen was a very welcoming host. Everything was as shown in the listing... inside and out. It was great to be able to walk to shops and restaurants but we also took the short drive to Halibut Point State Park where the views are amazing and easy to get to on very well-maintained trails. Rockport is truly a New England gem and we look forward to returning!

This place is amazing, so comfortable and beautiful. It’s our second time going and we can’t wait to go back. West is a very nice host, we appreciate all his help and hospitality.

One of my favorite rentals, ever! My highest recommendation is that when we come back I will try to get this same rental. All restaurants were a five minute walk, the docks and boat tours the same easy walk. The home was easy to find, easy to get in, and was in pristine condition. I was surprised at how close to the town center it was and at the same time how quiet and private the home was. This rental scored 11 out of 10.

I had an incredible stay at this Airbnb! The space had gorgeous decor- reminiscent of the movie Casino, which added to the overall charm and gave it a nostalgic feel. The location was ideal, just a short walk to the beach, and the host was extremely responsive and accommodating, ensuring everything went smoothly.

Had loads of fun kayaking in the lake, drive to white mountains and more. Beautiful house with great views, very responsive host. Wonderful experience!!

Really beautiful spot for a family or group trip. It was perfect for our girls trip and the home had a very well thought out design. Tricia was also so kind and helpful!

The home was a central location to attend a wedding being held about 30 minutes away. The photos were accurate and had plenty of space for our family of 5. The two bathrooms were essential to allow us to all get ready for. Overall a great stay.

Spent a peaceful weekend at the lake. We stayed in the smallest of the three units. It comfortably fit 2 people. I love to cook, and the kitchen was well stocked. Everything I needed was there, including a spray oil container, containers for leftovers, sharp knives, and even a pastry brush. All I needed was the food. I loved the large towels for the bathroom. Like I said, we stayed in the small house, it was perfect for two people. Our favorite part of the property was outside. We sat in the Adirondack chairs on the beach, watching the birds, listening to the waves lapping at the shore. Our 2 1/2 year old granddaughter visited us, and enjoyed the playground. The location is close enough to the main road so you can access restaurants and shops, but far enough away to be peaceful. Brian was extremely responsive to every text sent. We are glad to have found this gem, and look forward to our next visit.

The Mount is beautiful and has such a warm, inviting coastal vibe. We loved all the windows with the natural light and beautiful views. The place was super comfortable and had everything we needed- from the cozy living space to the well-stocked kitchen supplies. Our weather was cold and drizzly, so our favorite spot was the front porch around the fire pit! It was such a peaceful getaway, and we felt right at home the whole time.

Perfect spot to launch from for skiing, great yard for dogs and comfy house for everyone to enjoy a winter storm. We had a blast of unexpected rain and ice, our host was super easy to get a hold of he got a sander out right away for the driveway. We definitely appreciated the responsiveness! Lake looks amazing, must be fabulous in the summer too!
